Welcome to your perfect family getaway in sunny Fort Lauderdale! This spacious, entire home features 4 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a luxurious king bed, 2 with cozy queen beds, and 1 with a full-size bed, complete with a dedicated children’s area. Thoughtful amenities include a high chair, pack-and-play, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable week in Florida. Important Note on Current Neighborhood Activity: There is ongoing construction next door and in the street (as of January 2026), typical for this growing area of Fort Lauderdale. Work generally occurs during standard daytime hours (roughly 7/8 AM to 5/6 PM, Monday–Friday), with occasional activity on weekends. Noise levels are usually moderate and subside in the evenings, but we want to be fully transparent so you can plan accordingly. The home itself remains peaceful, with the heated pool and sun deck providing a great retreat. Many guests enjoy the property despite this, especially with easy access to beaches and attractions!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was awesome! Had a great time hanging out by the pool and enjoyed spending time out on the dock by the canal! Would absolutely stay there again if ever in the area!

We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated property that was very convenient to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Everything was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay there. The planes flying over was really cool, the kids absolutely loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. The pool table was awesome as well with a lot of games being played. The only thing we had issue with was the bedroom closet to the pool did not cool very well. Overall though we had plenty of downtime there and enjoyed ourselves.

Disappointing Experience - Not as Expected

We booked this home after speaking with the owner, who assured us the construction on the property would be complete before our stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed via text that the construction was still ongoing. The backyard was filled with construction materials, which created safety concerns, especially since we were traveling with three young children (ages 3, 2, and 1). This was a big inconvenience.Additionally, the front door lock was broken, and we were forced to use a side door with a dirt walkway, which was also under construction. This made the house quite messy and difficult to navigate.The most significant issue we faced was with the air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the AC was malfunctioning and completely failed on the last day, leaving the home at 85 degrees. Despite contacting the owner, he didn’t respond, and it wasn’t until we were packing up to leave that someone came to check on the HVAC. The heat made it unbearable to sleep, and the lack of communication and action from the owner made the situation even more frustrating.Even though VRBO reached out to the owner multiple times about these issues, we never received a response.On a positive note, the house itself was clean and matched the description inside, and the pool was a nice feature (no outdoor back lights).Unfortunately, due to the ongoing construction, safety concerns, lack of AC, and poor communication with the owner, we can’t recommend this property for families.

Best Family House EVER :)

I got this property for my 3 year old daughter and she had a BLASTED, we loved every moment in this house. From the front to the back. This is such a beautiful house, with a big pool. The neighbors are amazing. Please be respectful to the property and the neighbors. Being in that house made us feel like we were home, we only had to bring food and drinks. Everything was provided. We didn't have to leave to buy anything like towels, soap, plates, cups and etc.

Our stay was horrible.

Almost everything we touched inside of the home was broken. The house is smaller than the pictures provided on the website. Pool was filthy. We had to go out and purchase our own toilet paper as well as trash bags & dish detergent to wash dishes. Tubs wasn’t clean properly nor was the floor mopped. Overall stay 2/10

Nice place to relax and enjoy with your Family and friends. The place looks as you can see in pic.

The place is very comfortable, the rooms have the perfect size. The pool is good, but it can be better with more shaded areas for the sun and the floor around the pool needs to be washed. My family and friends really enjoyed the place.
