About this property

#A Small Studio with Private Patio & Shared Pool

Very small, no kitchen at all. Just a bed and a bathroom. You have a private patio with your own gas grill. You can also use the heated salt-water pool, the laundry room, and the large fenced backyard, all of which are shared by ten units. Free parking.

Note: we HAVE NOT FINISHED THE LANDSCAPING. The area between the gate and the patio is just dirt and scrubby weeds.

I live in Romania but I have a full-time property manager in Fort Lauderdale as well as two full-time handymen.
