Nice place

Place was clean and super close to the beach. The lock was a little tricky and we couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner off of eco mode so it kept turning on and off- might be in problem in hotter months but it was fine for us in March. It’s definitely a small place and didn’t have the basics of cooking supplies like oil or salt and pepper or coffee grind but we had a friend in town so it was fine. Host was very responsive. Overall a cute little place with a great location.

Great little place!

I went down to watch my son's college baseball team play over spring break. Fantastic location - easy walk to the beach and restaurants and right near the bridge to get back to the "mainland". The property manager was a joy to talk to - she called the morning of my arrival to make sure I had received the location instructions and asked me to call her back once I got there to verify that there were no issues and that I was able to log into the wi-fi. The property was clean and well maintained and I appreciated the keypad lock instead of having to keep track of a key. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful. There are a few small details that could use some improvement, the biggest one being better ventilation. A ceiling fan and bathroom exhaust fan would be helpful to alleviate some of the dampness since there aren’t any windows. One beach chair is very old and needs replacing. The shower felt smaller than it was, a curved curtain rod would probably help that. It was nice to have private outside space, more comfortable patio furniture would be nice. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to stay with a terrific location. Would stay again!

Great Location, clean but small

The place has a great location which is about a block from the beach and two blocks from the restaurants and bars. The place was very clean but also very small. They recently put in new fencing and you have to go through two gates to get to the room. When you have luggage and groceries this can be a pain. They have enough pots and pans and silverware but a small folding table would be great to have. You could fold it up and slide it under the bed. The other pain is parking. You have to park on the grass on the right side of the driveway. This is fine unless the people that are renting the cottage don't move up all the way or if they have people over and two cars are in the driveway you can't get into your parking spot.For a couple this place is perfect. They also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. I did not see a grille that we could use that was listed in the description.
