The space
This beautifully renovated, 1,000 square foot abode features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king size bed (the primary includes a television), a brilliantly designed bathroom with a high water pressure shower (hair dryer) , and a generously equipped kitchen/dining room and cozy family/living room areas for cooking and hanging out. There are multiple coffee/espresso makers to choose from and a smoothie blender for all your personalized concoctions. The all-in-one washer/dryer combo unit is user friendly, easy to use, and gets the job done!

Guests will enjoy their own “on-site” parking spot, private/secured entrance with a digitalized entry code, and outdoor gas grill located in the shared courtyard. The courtyard has a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or meals.

For boat lovers, we recommend booking a sunset dinner cruise with the “Riverfront Gondola Tours”, or simply hopping on and off the Guided Water Taxi with scheduled stops throughout the day.
