This 2,200+ square feet waterfront house named Botanical Waterfront Paradise has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in a split floor plan, perfect for a family of 8, or close friends. Tile and genuine bamboo floors combined with designer décor with Asian accents makes every room attractive. The oversized kitchen will impress any chef and it includes a breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining. The open living room floorplan features comfy leather seating and a large flat screen TV, as well as a dining area that seats 8. A washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room in back. WIFI Internet is included.

All four bedrooms have King-size beds and flat screen TVs, and, of course, the two masters bedrooms have their own private master bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms also opens onto the backyard and the second has added privacy.

The responsible party will eSign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with the names and age of all occupants.
The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to upload a photo of their driver license, government ID, or passport.
