"Everything was top notch , especially the staff"

"Place is very clean. Limited staff. No bar or restaurant on premises except for the continental no frills breakfast. Great location on the beach. Pool is Not heated. Mandatory valet, $30 a day to park your car. "

"We arrived around noon on the day of check-in. The front desk staff was not very welcoming and had us wait while they had a conversation between themselves. Then the person who checked us in did not know how to use the system and had to wait for someone else. We were checked in and told that our room would be ready by 4:00 and then given no instructions or map of the facility. We had to figure all that out on our own. We went out to the pool and there were no chairs available. We then went out to the beach which looked to be warm and we requested chairs and found out that just one chair and one umbrella was $56. We paid the money and had a chair set up only to realize that the beach was too windy. We did our best to stay out but had to go back almost right away and were not refunded for our chair. We then had to essentially sit on the pool deck without chairs for the rest of the day. While we waited our room. By 4:00, we had yet to hear from the hotel. I went up to the front desk and was told that our room was ready and I asked why I hadn't didn't contacted and was told it had just been made ready which I found unlikely. The restaurants in the hotel were either the soda shop which was fine but really like a diner, the promenade which had a limited menu, or the main restaurant which really seemed geared towards older people not families. The resort was beautiful and had a very old Florida feel but it was laid out strangely and there really wasn't enough room in the public area"

"Margaritaville was a beautiful resort with a wonderful location. Check-in experience was excellent. We were greeted promptly by the Bell team who took our bags. Even though we arrived at 8:00 a.m. on the day of our arrival. The front desk got signed in and gave us an accurate estimate of when our room would be ready. We rented a cabana which was a absolutely fantastic luxury for the day and gave us a great home base while we awaited our room. We also went out to the beach which was a beautiful beach and were provided two complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Our room was upgraded without us even asking to a beautiful one bedroom suite with oceanfront views. It was literally one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. We ate all of our meals at the resort, at the Landshark while at the pool and at Margaritaville for dinner and all the food was excellent. The pool facilities were beautiful and we had a great day there. We would definitely stay there again. The resort, while on the pricier side, was well worth it and felt luxurious. We would travel here specifically to stay at this resort again."
