Great house, highly recommend

We loved our stay at Bungalow 31! The house was perfect, as was the location. We would highly recommend for anyone coming to the Ft. Lauderdale area!

Hidden Treasure

The family loved their getaway. Nice split floodplan with some modern updates. This allowed for everyone to have their own personal space. The spacious living room with great for fellowshiping. The only down fall was the fact we had no access to the to the HDMI ports on the televisions; so we were unable to have family game night as planned. Thank you, Emmanuel for your assistance and being available throughout this process. We hope your property is available again the next time we're in town and in need of a getaway.

Great location and perfect space for a family of 5

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The backyard and pool space was incredible! Plenty of room inside for everyone to feel like they had room and weren’t right on top of each other like in a hotel room. The house was spotless and provided every amenity we needed. The hosts were responsive with check in and check out and even gave us the option to check out late for a very reasonable fee. Location was just minutes from the beach, grocery store and all the restaurants you could ever want to eat at. We will definitely stay here again!

Below expectations

We stayed in this bungalow last week. First of the description of “private oasis” is misleading as the garden grounds are nowhere near oasis back garden unattended, front around the pool is very stone and no pots or pleasantries. Outside dining table and chairs all very basic no proper lighting in the evenings looks very old. Inside the rooms also are very minimally decorated and looks dated. Bedding are very uncomfortable. Windows mis of them unable to open and without mosquito nets. The AC is central and soooo noisy that is very bothersome. The central AC outlets are not enough to cool the rooms. The garage is locked so access is through front door which is difficult to carry staff when you shop. There are also not enough bath or pool towels, bath towels are so small as well. Overall also living room or dining areas are not pleasant or enough even for a family of 4. Only good thing was the host /property manager was very responsive. Kitchen utensils were also disappointing and lacking even a basic electric kettle or a proper bread toaster. The main issue also is the location as it is on a very busy noisy main road so bedrooms are very noisy with traffic noise.
