WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Sleeps 2 Our pictures are current!

ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO We have 7 different condos available for nightly, weekly, & monthly rentals RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

This Studio is 400 sq. ft. and located on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator. All of our units are Very clean & well kept. This unit sleeps 2 with a queen size high end murphy bed with a serta memory foam mattress and Nice linens provided.

The unit has a blender, toaster coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, beach towels. We also have free wifi. This unit has a 42" flat screen with cable. We have a heated pool which steps down to our private beach area where you will find a grill, loungers, chairs, & tables.
We have rented our condos through VRBO/HomeAway for over 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. We have many happy and many return guests.

This fantastic Complex is RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH! This condo is a very clean & sanitized for your comfort and provided with everything you need for the perfect BEACH GETAWAY!
The most popular attraction about our condo is privacy, location, cleanliness, heated pool and FREE parking right in front!
*** Our condos are all non smoking.
Each condo has 1 parking space next to the building. We are sorry, but there are no additional parking spaces for visitors.
*** We strive to make each & every guest enjoy their stay! We are a more private complex. So for the comfort of all of our paying guests, Atlantic Terrace DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. These areas are for our paying guests only. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property. We are sorry, but we do not rent to spring breakers.

Comfortable Murphy Bed, fully equipped kitchen, lots of natural light. We loved being able to walk to pier and restaurants, plus many small parks along the Intercoastal Waterway. Would stay here again!

Very clean. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 people. Access to beach and pool is wonderful. The only downside is the property is located between two huge hotels. However, I will say it was quiet and I felt safe.

This is my second time staying at one of Terri’s condos and it won’t be the last!The property is so well maintained. It’s RIGHT on the beach, with a lovely heated pool. Yes. There is construction next door, but when you have a beautiful beach and amazing owners/caretakers like Steve and Terri, it doesn’t matter. I’m so glad I found this gem of a place and cannot wait to come back!

Cute little clean studio right on Pompano Beach with an inground heated pool. Too bad next door high rise was noisy with outside landscaping work. I contacted owner and she was very responsive. She got them to start an hour later. Thank you

The property is located in a desirable part of Pompano Beach. It is close to shopping and dining, and the beach is right out the front door. All the people staying in the condo were pleasant. I will never get tired of having my coffee while watching the sunrise. It was a truly magical spot. The condo was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for me. I will be back to stay, which will be a longer stay next time. I wasn't ready to leave.

Beautiful condo right on Pompano Beach!

This rental is a true gem! The beds were soft and clean, as well as extra bedding and fresh towels. There is a secure laundry facility on the same floor. It is located within walking distance to a beautiful lighthouse, pier, and an ecological reserve. The property manager is awesome! There is a very well kept pool on site as well. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. This condo is only 10 minutes away from tons of shopping, and amazing cuisine! We will definitely be back!
