Traveling with Teenagers? Kids? Then Key Largo Luxury Villa is perfect for you!

Key Largo Villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths of Fort Lauderdale in Coral Ridge County Club neighborhood has recently completed renovation with all new exterior, privacy courtyard, covered outdoor living spaces, new SHARED pool ( with adjacent villa) , landscaping, outdoor lighting, new PGT windows and doors, and furnishings. The villa is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machines, seasonings, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pack and play , high chairs and anything you may need upon arrival.

The Villa is located in a beautiful and quiet Coral Ridge Country Club an upscale residential neighborhood east of US1 minutes away from the beach and is conveniently located within walking distance to Coral Ridge Shopping Mall that has movie theaters, restaurants and grocery stores (Target, Publix, Licquor Store, Marshalls, TJ Maxx)

Key Largo Villa is only 1/2 mile from the intercoastal waterway and 1 mile to the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The master and guest bathrooms were renovated with new travertine walk in showers with glass doors.

The outdoor patio includes tropical landscaping & accent night lighting for evening entertaining. The Twin Villas (Islamorada and Key Largo) SHARE a beautifully landscaped heated pool. Each villa has assigned end of the pool and has its own outdoor furniture, outdoor gazebo area, bbq grill and lounge furniture. None of the outdoor furniture is shared.

Occupancy:

Key Largo: Open Kitchen, Living Room, Master bedroom ( King Bed) , 2nd bedroom ( 2 twin Beds, 1 pull our bed +pack and play) + private patio.

Lots of outdoor activities are nearby including biking, boating, water sports, and the beaches.

NOTE: As of November 2, 2015 and updated as of January 31, 2017, the City of Fort Lauderdale passed new laws and ordinances to regulate vacation rental properties. There are almost 1000 vacation rental properties listed on Homeaway that are within the City of Fort Lauderdale and many of these properties are unlicensed and operating illegally.

Great Location

First the Host was very helpful and easy to work with. The unit was very clean and having DIRECTV was easy to use. Will definitely stay again. Coral Ridge Mall was right next door and easy to get to. The beach was less than 5 minutes away.

Amazing villa

This villa is absolutely amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The entire property was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is perfect to quickly get to the beach, and local dining and shopping. The pool was perfect!! My family loved our stay here, and hope to return soon.

Super clean property and fantastic location

We travelled from Montreal, Canada. We were 4, my husband, myself and two daughters (15 & 19). It was so clean and owner was very responsive. The location was absolutely FANTASTIC! great mall right in your backyard, so close to the beach and so many restaurants! The pool area was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay overall at the Key West villa for 9 nights. The villa was nicely outfitted with all amenities; kitchen ware, bath towels and the use of a grill and the pool was appreciated. Asta was very responsive to questions and dealing with a mechanical issue endured towards the end of our stay. The villa is on a quiet street with little traffic behind the Coral Ridge Mall. Close to everything. The only item that should be considered for a change is that none of the 3 TV’s are SMART TV’s thus you don’t have access to most streaming services. Other than that, we would highly recommend this villa.

Been staying at this property for years and it still remains amazing. Very accurate description great space, super clean both in and out. Great community easy access to everything. Super comfortable beds. Enjoyed the ability to cook outside and the comforts of the shared pool. Our next door neighbors were also delightful and friendly. As always HIGHLY recommend this property and its owner. Thanks for another great stay.

Great spot for the family!

The pool was lovely and it was 5 minute drive from the beach. The house was very clean. It was nice having a pack-in-play (with a mattress) and a high chair on the property, although it was a bit big for my 1-year-old (who is small). The beach umbrella broke on the beach due to the wind, and the property manager had a new one sent to us the next day. She was very helpful and communicative.

Excellent Property

We loved our stay in Asta's property. She is a superb host and well deserving of her rating. Asta is extremely responsive and helpful. The property could not be better situated than this one in Fort Lauderdale. It is in an excellent neighborhood and quiet but still a couple minutes walk from a large mall with a Target, Publix and other stores. It is also just a few minutes walk to numerous excellent restaurants and cafes. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, very quick WiFi and other amenities. It is lovely to have the pool which is a regular sized pool. Thank you Asta.

Gorgeous Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to restaurants, shops, and all the places and things important to us. The pool is a tropical oasis, and we took full advantage of it. The house is equipped with everything - we made great use of the floats, the beach chairs, and all the outdoor seating areas. We will certainly be back.

Perfect location and wonderful amenities

Very happy with our stay at key largo villa. The pool was great, the tv’s and selection of channels were great, and it had everything else you could need including bbq pit, laundry, beach equipment, etc. The owner was responsive via text and everything went very smoothly.

We had an amazing time at the property. It was as it was described on VRBO.

The property is in perfect exquisite form. All you need is available including cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. ASTA was a tremendous host and so accommodating. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay close to all in fort Lauderdale to stay here.
