Hollywood Beach / Perfect Vacation Beach House.

  • The PERFECT HOUSE Intl is your home away from home. Perfectly located near the beach and Downtown Hollywood, this private 2 bedrooms/1 bath house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 Queen bed and a single pull-out bed for a small child).

    At the house everything is provided from sheets, towels, washer/dryer to the dishes, private free parking is also included. In the morning, take your coffee in the private backyard and when you come back from a hot day at the beach enjoy the fully central A/C. You need entertainment, no problem, you have high speed WiFi, Roku, flat screened TV and a brand-new Granit kitchen to make a nice meal to your guest and family. Not enough, well check out the nearby Mardi Gras Casino, Senor Frog, Gulfstream Casino and shops, historic Hollywood downtown nightlife with is quaint sidewalk, cafes, unique boutique, shops and galleries, Starbucks, Racetrack and don't forget the Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf. Around the corner, you have the State Park with its eco-friendly paradise (water activities and more) and 3 blocks away, you will find the Art Park at Young Circle. They have a children's play area with an interactive fountain, special events like festival, art & culture, activities, parade and live entertainment. Just take a look at the picture provided to you, to understand that you are already there. The house is also a great location for cruise travelers.

    IMPORTANT Minimum stay is 30nights. Note that one of the renters has to be 25 years old or older to be able to take charge of the rental contract, a liability agreement will have to be sign by that person and also needs to be staying in the house during the time of the rental contract. Everything as advertised. Easy walk to downtown night life district and grocery store. Would probably stay closer to the beach for my next trip.

This House is Awesome!!!

This house is Awesome!!! and in a very good location. The owner is very personable and helpful. Great house for families with wonderful amenities and close to the beach and interstate 95 that can take you anywhere you want to go! Highly recommend This property!!!

Had a lovely stay at this cute place

We loved sitting outside at night, the house is decorated beautifully. We loved the place, we were able to get laundry done which was nice as we had already been the road for a week. They thought of everything, fully furnished and there is a bbq it's just a bit hidden out back :) Close to the beach and shops we rented a car and got around easily and in no time. Do the everglades tour if you stay here, well worth it! Thanks Patrick!!

Great house where you feel at home

We spent almost 3 weeks in this house and we definetly loved it ! Everything was perfect to enjoy our stay. It is well decorated and spacious. The house is clean and fully furnished. We appreciated a lot the backyard terrasse totally covered with a mosquito net. The location is good to visit south florida and easy to go back to. The house is 10 min drive from the beach. The owner of the house is really helpfull (and he speaks french ;-)) We are a family of 3 with a 3 years old child and we warmly recommand this house !

Schöne Lage, schönes Haus, aber kein unbeschwerter Urlaub

Tolle Lage: Nahe Young Circle (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Downtown mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Kinderspielplatz, etc.), Jefferson Park mit Kinderspielplatz, Fahrrad- oder Spazierwege zum Strand (ca. 3km), Einfamilienhausgegend. Auch das Innere des Hauses ist gut ausgestattet: 2 Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, ein für unseren Geschmack vielleicht etwas zu kleines Bad (Fön wäre nicht schlecht). Alles in allem aber ausreichend und schön für 4 Personen, wir hätten uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt. Grundsätzlich wurden wir auch freundlich empfangen. Was für uns im Weiteren allerdings nicht gepasst hat, waren enge Regeln, und das Gefühl der permanenten Überwachung und Kontrolle. Überall Kameras installiert, und man fühlte sich sehr beobachtet. Beim Öffnen von Türen und Fenster ertönte ein Gong, und nach wenigen Minuten erhielt der Vermieter wohl eine Nachricht diesbezüglich. An Tag 2 wurden wir um 8 Uhr aus dem Bett geklingelt, da der Postbote über unsere Fahrräder hätte fallen können. Auch ein für unsere Kinder zu Halloween aufgestellter Kürbis vor der Haustüre verärgerte den Vermieter derart, dass uns der Mietvertrag in den ersten Tagen aufgekündigt wurde - man wollte uns allerdings dann doch nicht das verbleibende Geld zurück erstatten, und pochte darauf, dass wir blieben: Immerhin hatten wir doch mehrere Wochen gebucht, das war dann wohl doch eine zu schöne Mieteinnahme. Unverständlich: Zu Halloween hat fast jeder Haushalt einen geschnitzten Kürbis vor der Türe stehen, so dass wir nicht im Mindesten daran dachten, dass dies zur Verärgerung führen könne (laut Mietvertrag sei Essen und Abfall in der Mülltonne zu entsorgen). Fenster und Türen durften vorerst in der ganzen Zeit nicht geöffnet werden, aus Angst vor Ungeziefer. Nach mehrmaligem Ansprechen war dann zumindest das Öffnen der Fenster erlaubt, da das Haus mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet war. Handtücher durften nicht auf dem Holzzaun oder einer Leine aufgehängt werden, da dies zu einer Veränderung des Hauses geführt hätte. Es war ein durchaus üblicher Mietvertrag zu unterzeichnen, der jedoch äußerst eng und für uns eigenartig interpretiert wurde - immerhin sind wir Fernreisen gewöhnt... Nach einer Aussprache hatten wir dann zumindest verbleibend unsere Ruhe, auch wenn das Gefühl der Überwachung blieb - schade für den wohlverdienten Urlaub. Einmal hatten wir bzgl. der Lichttechnik eine Frage, die auch zuverlässig beantwortet wurde. Auch die Kaution wurde zuverlässig zurück erstattet.

Very clean and the location is convenient!

The house appears to be newly updated. We had five people and the size was comfortable for us. It's very clean and the location is convenient to the shops in downtown Hollywood and is a walkable distance to the beach.

Perfect House is well named!

Four of us spent a week here and it is even better then it shows in the pictures. Spotlessly clean and great attention to detail. Terrific location. Patrick was easily reached and always helpful. Wish we could have stayed for a month! Maybe another year.

This house almost literally saved our lives

My husband and I live in Hollywood, but needed temporary housing while we had some work done on our condo. Our first rental was a complete disaster. (We will *never* use Airbnb again, by the way!!) The house was completely misrepresented in the ad, and the neighborhood borderline third world (e.g., my husband went to walk our dog the first night and came across a woman being arrested for solicitation). In desperation, we checked VRBO and found Patrick and Eryka's place, which, thankfully, was available. What a difference! The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and from the outside looked very well maintained. We went inside and found a bright, spotlessly clean home, thoroughly furnished with good-quality Ikea (not the cheap stuff you get for your college student). The pictures are completely accurate. Our dog very much appreciated the little fenced-in yard - and we appreciated the washer-dryer. Patrick was very responsive whenever we had a question. (Our only issue had to do with the wifi; we never did get the signal that we were supposed to use, but had an xfinity signal up until the last day.) We would not hesitate to rent this property again if needed. P.S. I was sorely tempted to steal that tankless Toto toilet, but did not.

Amazing house

House is exactly as the picture, finally a great house for our vacation. Super clean in a quiet neighborhood at only minutes to the beach, The area is perfect, walk to downtown Hollywood, went to the food truck on Monday, shops and restaurants. Grocery store is close, and the Trolley is perfect to go to the beach. You don't really need a car cause everything is close. We will be back for a longer period next time. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Allem!

Herr Smith hat uns am ersten Tag herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles erklärt und beraten (Ausflugsorte, Restaurant etc.) Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön und gemütlich. Die Kinder ( 4 und 8 Jahre) haben sich auf anhieb wohl gefühlt.Die Möbel und die Einrichtung war wunderschön und gepflegt. Im Hinterhof konnten die Kinder spielen. Morgens konnten wir dort frühstücken. Die Gärtner haben hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Das Haus war mit Alarmanlage und Sicherheits-Kameras, welche direkt mit der Polizei verbunden war, ausgestattet. Dies gab uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Golfplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. In 4 Minuten ist man am Strand. In 2 Minuten in Hollywood Boulevard wo es viele Restaurants, Clubs und Boutiquen gibt. Miami liegt ca. 15-20 Minuten entfernt (Auto). Sensationell ist der Young Cirquel. Es gibt immer Etwas zu bieten, für Gross und Klein. Während unserem 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt war Herr Smith und sein Manager stets für uns da wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir empfanden Sie als sehr angenehme Personen. Er war fast schon unser Reiseberater :-) Fazit: Mit diesem Haus machen Sie garantiert nichts falsch!

It was more than we expected!!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close enough to the beach that we went everyday. The neighborhood was great felt very safe and was able to go for a run anytime of the day. Very impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, much better than staying at a hotel. The house was spacious, clean, and had beautiful furniture. The house felt like home, my family and I didn't want to leave. Not only was the house exactly as described, the owner was very responsive to all of our questions, both by e-mail and by phone, transactions were easy and the deposit was returned within a few days exactly as promised. *Would recommend this house for anyone going to the Hollywood area*

Vacances cauchemar loin d'être "perfect"

Attention Méfiez vous des belles photos !!! Vous avez à faire à un propriétaire qui fait du business, il ne considère pas ses hôtes et ne connait pas le mot hospitalité. Pas d'accueil, pas d'amabilité, pas d' écoute . Que des règlements et des directifs inscits dans un joli cahier à votre arrivée !!!! Famille de 5 pers , Nous avons passez des vacances cauchemar dans cette maison où nous étions filmé et scruté par nos faits et gestes. Nous avions passé notre temps à faire attention à tout dans cet endroit où tout est fragile, cassé et en mauvaise état. Pas de clefs pour rentrer , il faut faire un code puis désactiver l'alarme, activer quand vous sortez , fermer les portes , ne jamais aérer la maison, sortir les poubelles , jouer le concierge....... QUE DES RÈGLES!!!!! La maison est meublée IKEA premier prix , donc fragile Malgré notre mécontentement, nous n'avons jamais rencontré quelqu'un pour un constat sur place : L'annonce dit gentiment "Il vous suffit d'apporter votre brosse à dents.... " C'EST FAUX !!!! Aucun accueil .Même pas 1 btl d'eau ni du savon pour se laver les mains à notre arrivée Attention vous êtes surveillés 24 H / 24 !!!!! 4 caméras de surveillance sans compter ceux que vous ne voyez pas .....Peut être aussi à l'intérieure de la maison 1 papier toilette pour 5 pers 4 assiettes 4 bols 4 mugs pour 5 pers Des couverts de tables sales rangés ainsi dans les tiroirs , des casseroles très sales et en mauvaise états ( voir photos) Ménage non fait à notre arrivée. et quand j'ai téléphoné pour que quelqu'un vienne on m'a dit on va vous renvoyer l'équipe de ménage demain . SUPER! Nous avons dû faire le ménage nous même alors que nous avions payé des frais pour ça . Dans la douche wc non nettoyé , des cheveux partout De la poussière sous les lits Parasol et chaises de plage rouillés , cassé Pas de serviettes de plages et interdiction de prendre ceux de la maison Le hamac qu'on voit sur les jolies photos est tout moisi dans un panier pic-nique La douche est équipée d'un extracteur d'humidité qui vous casse les oreilles : C'est un endroit très désagréable ..... Vous devez jouer au concierge car tous les jours le facteur vous laisse des colis à la porte Nous avons détesté notre séjour dans cette maison où nous étions surveillés et filmés à tout moment. Il n'y a pas d'état des lieux fait ni à l'arrivée ni au départ . Ainsi, le propriétaire après votre départ trouve et invente des choses pour ne pas vous rembourser votre

Outstanding Vacation Home!!!

Just got back from my trip to Florida, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit; location was great, minutes away from the beach! I must say the pictures do not do any justice, much nicer in person. Loved Full size kitchen and comfortable beds! Each room was equipped with everything I needed from towels, bed linens, lots of pillows, even the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances I needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the AC worked great. Can't wait to come back!!!!!
