Enjoy our unbeatable location minutes from the ocean, Hard Rock Casino, FLL Airport, Dania Pier, and FLL cruise port. Experience water sports, fresh seafood, and a relaxed vibe. After exploring, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the water or sip mojitos by the rooftop fire pit at sunset. The ultimate blend of relaxation and adventure awaits

We live very close by but won't be invading your space.

We have lawn care that comes every other week, hot tub maintenance once a week, and someone that will be taking the trash out on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Our waterway has ocean access with no fixed bridges. 75 ft of water front dockage so bring your big boat!
