"The room was mostly clean, but attention to detail was lacking. One of the beds was not properly made, with sheets hanging off one side. There was also an open, half-empty bottle of tequila left in the room, which was completely inappropriate. The bottle remained there during my whole stay, it wasn’t removed or exchange. I had specifically requested an ocean view, but the view I received was obstructed by a large column directly in the middle, making it far from what I expected or paid for. Overall, the resort was just okay. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful in addressing these concerns, which made the experience more disappointing."

"This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location."
