Brutally Honest Review

Our stay was incredible. Would book again and my roommates all agree. House is new, clean, and has every single amenity you could ask for. The communication with owners was incredible, super responsive and helpful. Pool was awesome, although suffered from tree debris from well landscaped yard. Kitchen was more advanced than my own, but lacked some cookware items like tongs and cups. Some mild complaints: TV had very few channels, grill was very rusty from humidity, one shower would not get warmer than “very cold” and blinds on back door were very broken. Finally, we were texted about a noise complaint when we were very far from home, but we were 10 people talking inside with not music. Despite these things, our stay was amazing and the house contributed greatly to the experience.

We had a great stay at this house overall. The pool was amazing—super clean and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time outside.The house manager was a 5/5. She responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The location was also a big plus. It’s in a good area and about a 20-minute walk to nearby bars, which was really convenient.If we had one small suggestion, it would be to provide a few more shower towels, and cups in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here!

Good for what we needed

Great rental in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the renters was great! Easy check in process and they were kind enough to let us get in early! The place is very updated and the bathrooms were clean. Pool was a great enjoyment! We stayed with friends and it turned out to be a great place for us. Only complaints that need to be fixed: the kitchen had ants all around the sink from the time we arrived. We had to keep our grocery items on the kitchen table to keep the ants out of them. The air conditioning upstairs did not work at all. The downstairs would cool down, while the upstairs stayed close to 80 degrees and humid. When we first arrived to the rental, the heat was on in the house. Also, the fan in the main family room did not work.
