There is a washer and dryer located at the side of the building. It can be accessed using your unique door code.
There is plenty of parking space on the front driveway for up to 3-4 cars. It is strictly prohibited to park in the street or on the grass.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy is enforced on the property by us, the community, and by City Ordinance. City Code enforced quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors, city and house rules at all times.
The number of guests on site, at any time, may not exceed the approved number as requested in your booking.
This is a NON SMOKING property. An additional $500 fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee if smoking and odor removal services are rendered during cleaning.
Optional daily housekeeping is available for a fee.
