Bedrooms: Three beautifully designed bedrooms with tropical aesthetics can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. Each room boasts its unique charm and comfortable amenities.

Bathrooms: Two fully stocked bathrooms offer convenience and comfort with hotel-grade towels, complimentary toiletries, and bright lighting.

Outdoor Spaces: The covered patio offers a perfect setting for meals, games, and relaxing. Enjoy the pool, loungers, and the serene patio with its calming ambiance.

You will have access to the entire home except one owner's closet. We offer contactless check-in with a smart lock door code that will be provided prior to your stay. Make yourself at home. We are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or concerns.

This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction without refund. There is a street facing camera at the front door, and we will charge up to $1,000 for any violation of this agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00pm. This home is equipped with a noice decibel monitoring device.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance and is strictly enforced. Do not park on grass or block neighbor's driveway under any circumstances (subject to fine mentioned above). As a private establishment, pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.

Check in good. House renovation is great. Fans were really wonderful and were much needed as the back of the house is warmer than the front so the fans were well used. Bathrooms are beautiful and house is very comfortable. The outside pool area had not been cleaned up and pool needed cleaning. Supplies in the kitchen were a bit lacking. Overall the house was great and we would stay again.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2025
