"Staff were courteous and helpful. Food was good. Some areas of the resort need updating. There was a very powerful and strange floral odor in the main lobby. Room was clean and maid service was good. Needs a true indoor restaurant. Shuttle service to the airport would be great!"

"The staff, restaurants, amenities are excellent- although the rooms have been supposedly recently updated, we found them to be a bit disappointing- while the room was large and spacious- there are things that could be updated/cleaned/fixed. If you want to use the amenities of the kitchen you need to ask for the plates, cups, silverware- COFFEE MUGS too! but the steps to the beach, a quick walk to the restaurants and a quick uber to Las Olas Blvd."

"Very nice updated hotel. Loved pool area and hotel being directly on the beach. Staff was great with just one exception. Was charged $6 for a $4 cup of coffee to go from their restaurant. Had to purchase there as there was none in the lobby. When questioning cost from person who got it for me, found he added a 22% Gratuity just to grab me a coffee to go, then proceeded to tell me he didn't have change and gave me another dollar back and told me to go to the front desk and get change and bring him back 14 cents because I owe him that. Odd. First, really think that was kind of petty. Second, if they are not going to supply coffee in their lobby, I really don't think the server in the restaurant should add Gratuity for a coffee to go. Other than that strange encounter, all was great."
