If you love to cook you will love the Huge Kitchen and Rooms are spacious

Small pets are allowed please message me if you plan to have a pet with you I need to approve and there is an extra charge for pets

Also rooms are separated on two separate sides of the house to give each occupant privacy with one shared bathroom A/C is amazing you will stay cool

Please be respectful to neighbors no noise after 12 and absolutely no parties allowed or you are liable to be cancelled

Smoking is only allowed on porch
Remember this is a Home not hotel

Mediocre accomodations...
First off, Let me just say. We are from Fort Lauderdale, Born and Raised. We moved out of state last Summer. I wouldn't have never booked if we new it was off Sunset Strip in the hood. The area was listed as Sunrise. That area is actually Lauderhill FL. However, the owner is rude, my husband locked the bottom lock by accident. Which anyone in the right mind would want to do the same thing due to area with your belongings left inside .When we where leaving for the day. When we got back its 9pm. We contacted the owner to come unlock the door . We ended been stuck in the car for almost 2hrs until someone showed and opened the door to the house. She was literally going back and forth with me. I was so discussed, we rented property from you but you be combative. There no signs by the alarm or on the door saying Don't lock the bottom lock. But she has signs everywhere else about blinds, house rules etc.. She sent one email with the check-in about the door code with don't lock the bottom lock . No other time was it mention. We have a smart home in GA. She needs to have keyless lock for the bottom. So this is never a problem again. The back room was so hot we slept with no cover on the whole time. It was no fan in the room to have better circulation in the room. Also, it no dresser/ chester/night table stand or closet to put your items in. We had to live out of suitcase for 5 nights. The room my kids had a make shift closet with the air conditioner handler in. One bathroom for 4 people. Hard beds, base boards in the house was dirty. I would never stay here again. If you basic necessities , this place for you. But you get what you pay for. I should known by the price. You definitely get what you pay for mediocre accomodations.

Bien situé dans un cartier résidentiel. À l’écart de l’achalandage touristique alors c’est parfait. La propriétaire répond rapidement à vos questions. Assurez-vous qu’elle offre ce dont vous avez besoin pour le séjour. Apportez vos draps plats elle n’en fournit pas mais en apportant les notes ça va. Un séjour de 9 jours et le voisinage est très aimable. Beaucoup de famille aux alentours.
