Close to everything! This 1-bedroom apartment will be the perfect spot for your trip to Fort Lauderdale. Immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. You will be only 1 mile to the heart of downtown, 2 miles to the beach, 6.5 miles from the international airport and 4 miles from Port Everglades!

This is an entirely private apartment. There is a shared laundry room in the back of the garage.

Lake Ridge is close to everything you'll need for a great vacation or business trip. You will be able to walk to several restaurants, shops and grocery.

Uber is a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will have one parking space in front of the building if you choose to have a car.

Although the pictures of the unit looked nice, these must have been taken when the property was first renovated. The AC unit in the living area did not work properly and when shut off, it leaked water all over. The sofa/sectional had several stains on it. The TV service never worked properly the entire stay. The bathroom sink had no hot water and limited water presure. The toilet did flush properly and had to be flushed 2-3 times. The outdoor chairs and table where filthy and were the floors through out the unit.
