    House Rules & Important Information
    Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total / 8 adults maximum
    No parties allowed.
    Paddle boards are strictly for use in the canal only.NEVER IN THE POOL.
    For your safety, please use the small ladder located on the right side of the dock when entering or exiting the water.
    Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am, every day.
    Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring system (decibel-only; no audio recording)
    Respectful, family-oriented bookings only
    This property is best suited for guests seeking a luxury, peaceful, and high-quality experience. If you value comfort, elegance, and waterfront living, this home will exceed expectations.
    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DOCK AND ARE NOT INCLUDED. THE DOCK CAN BE RENTED AT $200 PER DAY AND NEED TO BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE. MAXIMUM BOAT SIZE OF 65 FEET.
