Welcome to your cozy retreat overlooking a tranquil canal! The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with fresh linens and a roll-out bed for added flexibility. It’s equipped with a smart TV, blackout curtains, nightstands with USB chargers, a spacious closet, and central A/C to ensure a cool and restful environment. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests, and includes a 50-inch smart TV, coffee table, and a convenient workspace with a desk and chair.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee station to start your day. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four, and there's also a bar with stools, doubling as extra seating or a handy workspace.

The condo features one bathroom with a shower and great water pressure, with fresh towels provided for your comfort. Additional amenities include a laundry area, two parking spots, and access to a shared EV charging station.
