Wow! Beach House Just Steps Away from the Ocean

The Beach House as we like to call it, it's a true Old Florida beach cottage located just across the street from the beach. Wake up to the sound of waves beach life doesn’t get closer than this!
It has been renovated with coastal decor and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Beach House has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, clean and very well equipped. Ground floor has open concept to share with your family and friends coziness and simplicity. The living room has a 60’ TV with 300 plus channels, fast free WIFI. Private ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed, small bath with shower. Guest bathroom/ laundry has a shower and a full- size washer and dryer. Central air conditioning.
Top floor bedrooms have original pine wood floors. One bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, 40' TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed in addition a daybed with a pull- out trundle both are twin size. The bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Jill style with a shower and bath- tub. These two rooms have doors to the sun deck patio, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Plenty of great outdoor living, downstairs cover patio has a gas grill BBQ, front yard with bocce court, all fence in, to be safe for children to play around.

The Beach house also allows the convenience of walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants, bars, live music, boardwalk, 850 ft pier extending over the sea for great fishing and scenery. Pompano is tranquil, secluded, and peaceful. A great location to practice all beach sports with excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers.

I will attempt to put into words how great this home and location is.When the description states the home is steps away from the beach, it is exactly that( about 100 steps away from beach). The home was very clean and easy to move around in. The outdoor sitting area was a hidden gem for my family. They loved lounging out there when the sun went down.Great loction for getting to either airport, restaurants. Away from the hustle and busyness of the main street. Walked down to the busy area so no need to worry about parking.Quiet at night and lots of people out walking in the evening. Good indicator that it is a safer neighborhood. If you want a quiet beach getawy with family and friends this is the place.

Great second stay

This was our second time staying at this house (first was two years ago) and it was just as great a before. So much space in the house and yard, and location across from the beach can't be beat.

Easter Getaway on the beach

Had a lovely time with friends and brought my dog - they don't allow dogs on Pompano Beach - but had a quick romp, nonetheless - away from public areas. Dante loved the lawn in the front yard, and I made good use of the outdoor grill.

Fantastic Family Stay

We had 6 adults and 1 child staying, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is perfectly situated steps from the beach, which was a surprisingly sparsely-populated stretch of beach (compared to the densely-populated stretch closer to the pier), so it provided great privacy. The house has plenty of umbrellas, shade, chairs, and beach toys as well. Alida was a fantastic host, and she even mailed some items to us that we forgot there and was super communicative throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend!

Great location!

The house was perfect. My wife and I were there with our 19 year old son and some of his friends from college for spring break. The beach was across the street. Great places to eat were just a short walk away. Alida was a very responsive host. Thank you!

Great location and quaint cottage style new house

I was sold initially by reading the reviews, especially those that come back every year. As advertised: steps from the beach and all the nice shops and restaurants.We enjoy walking and Brine Street is a brick stone covered street that has friendly folks walking and exercising at all hours of the day. We plan to be back.

Family Vacation

Absolutely perfect stay for our family. Property was wonderful right across from the beach. Enough room for the entire family. The host was very easy to work with and very kind. We will make this an annual stop for our family.

Wonderful Beach House Vacation

We stayed at the beach house for several days and had an absolutely wonderful time. The decor is delightful, the kitchen is very well supplied, the beds were very comfortable, the location was very close to the beach, and when an issue arose the communication and resolution we received was wonderful. We will be happy to come back in the future!

What a fantastic Beach House!

What a fantastic Beach House to stay in the summer to be able to just walk to the beach and enjoy summer. I and my Family rented rented it for 7 days and we all enjoyed our stay. To just be able to get up and walk to the beach, enjoy the sunset form the balcony. It truly a great property to stay with the family.

Convenient and Comfortable

This was the perfect place for a comfortable weekend with friends! The three bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room had space for all of us to relax together! And being steps from the beach was amazing! The host was really nice and let us check in a little early and a little late, communication was great. I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Pictures do not do this place justice. So much bigger in person! Equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Great yard for a dog. We will definitely be back. Super close to beach.

Great Beach House

Wonderful stay at the beach house. We stayed right after Milton hit Florida. The host was great communicating with us about condition in Pompano as we were concerned with any potential damage caused by Milton. She reply to our emails quickly and was very understanding. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and it was clean. Plenty of beach gear. The dedicated parking spots were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House.

Beach house fun

Clean, good interior space with good size rooms and lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Plenty towels available for beach or showering. The house was comfortable and large enough for all 8 of us plus some visitors to eat and socialize. The walk to the beach was short enough we walked back and forth multiple times. Rental came with two parking spots plus there was other parking near by.

We came down for 3 nights to watch game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. We were disappointed in the hockey but not in our house. It had everything you needed. Great location across the street from the beach and a few minutes walk to a pub or a restaurant.

60th Birthday weekend with adult daughters

Perfection! Clean, accommodating, and beautiful. We especially loved that it has absolutely everything you need for a day at the beach. What a relief to not have to travel with or purchase those items. Location is extremely desirable. Friendly neighborhood. The host is responsive and very helpful with questions. We loved every minute and hope to be back!

Spacious retreat and close to the beach

My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!

Beach Week

We found the property to be clean and really close to the beach. The biggest surprises were the distance from parking to the house (normally fine unless its raining) and all of the iguanas in the large yard. Given the heat, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor areas. Overall the house is quaint and is comfortable.

Beach volleyball tourney

This house is in the perfect location, the beach is almost like being on a private beach not crowded at all. Owner provides all you need for a day on the beach like chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach games. Inside the house the open kitchen to living room was very roomy. Bedrooms are large with large bathrooms besides the one downstairs in the downstairs room but it was fine for one person, they also have a very large bathroom/ laundry room downstairs. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the front yard from the kitchen table it was so interesting to watch them. If we travel back to Pompano for another beach tournament we will definitely book this home!

AWESOME BEACH HOUSE

This property has everything a beach house should. Including it's actual proximity to the beach, the beautiful beachy decor and multiple options for enjoying outdoor living. We found it easy to walk to the pier, pub and restaurants (we are walkers). The communication with the host, as well as the check in process were great. We were a group of 5 and found plenty of space to gather together or spread out. The parking is located directly in front of the house too, which is super convenient. The house comes filled with every utensil you need and has a washer and dryer as well. I would absolutely stay in this house again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Lovely home, steps from the beautiful Atlantic!

Alida's beach home is steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It is located on a street/walkway which leads to restaurants, the fishing pier, the playground, and stores. Pompano Beach is a wonderful town filled with a diversity of vacationers. Everyone is friendly! The home was spotless and equipped with everything. The layout was great with three bedrooms and three baths and a central living area. It is pet friendly and the yard is fenced so our dog was safe. There is a patio with plenty of room and a grill and an upper deck. Our kids couldn't believe we had the whole house. There are also three cottages next door which are available for rent, each one bedroom/one bath. (Good to know for the future.) Oh! And we had company. The local iguanas are perched in the tree and mosey on down during the day, so there was that for entertainment. It was a lovely stay, just way too short.

Family Friendly

I really enjoyed this home, and the host was responsive to all my questions even before and after my stay. I was able to contact them in the middle of the night and I had a toilet issue that was fixed the next day. I would stay here again with my family and kids. I didn't know anything about the Pompano Beach area, but now because of this home I really love it there and would love to come back. There were some slight issues with the WIFI, but that wasn't the owner's fault, but rather VRBO's fault for listing old instructions. The home is equipped with plenty of beach equipment, and the air conditioning worked great for the 100 degree weather we were having this summer. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The area is safe and family-friendly in all aspects. I felt safe parking my rental car there, and the beach is nearly a 30-second walk away. If you are looking for a loud night-life this is not for you. This area is very quiet and we nearly had the beach to ourselves almost every morning!
