Sunny, bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation relaxing by
the saltwater pool while taking in beautiful water views. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3
baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms.
The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together.

The spacious screened pool area includes a solar and electrically heated saltwater pool,
a covered patio with TV, ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs, a comfortable sectional and a
dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. There is a gas grill for outdoor
cooking.

This home is a boaters dream and outdoor lovers paradise! Located in SE Cape Coral, this home has
direct Gulf access and is 5 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. No bridges,
means quick access to the Gulf, Sanibel and Fort Myers!


Walk down to the private dock to fish or sunbathe or take your boat on a Gulf adventure.
By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great
restaurants, SunSplash Waterpark, Cape Coral Marina, Caloosahatchee Amphitheater
and easy access to Southwest Florida airport.

Adorable place!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is perfect for a couple or a family. We did have to locate and put the solar cover back on the pool and we never could find a cover for the outside TV but other than that, everything was as described and great! We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful too.

Buautiful Villa

Family of 4 just back to the UK after spending 8 nights here and it really is beautiful with beautiful location. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and very comfy beds! We hired a boat for the week, just amazing would come back tomorrow!

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our family. We frankly had to convince the kids to leave it to do other activities! The location and views are perfect. Between the pool, kayaks, and fishing off the dock everyone was happy. I would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous view

Our group enjoyed our stay here! Such a beautiful view of the canal. We enjoyed fishing, using tne kayaks and loved that the pool was heated. Very clean and plenty of room for our crew of 6.

It was the perfect get away. Location was great close to Cape Coral yacht beach ft myers sanibel captiva. Great views and all of the fun beach toys you could want. It’s a great property with the heated pool and outdoor grill eating area.

Quaint & Quiet

This house is located in such a nice neighborhood! It’s quiet & everyone made us feel like we were part of the neighborhood! We loved going on bike rides in the neighborhood, sitting out on the deck & watching the sunset, swimming in the pool & eating at all the wonderful restaurants! We really enjoyed Cape Coral & would definitely come back!

Wonderful home and location!

We spent 3 weeks at the house and enjoyed all the amenities. Had a couple items to address throughout the stay. The managers very promptly addressed all. Recommend this for a fun vacation with access to so many great restaurants, beaches, and events.

Quiet canal for a very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The canal is quiet, we saw dolphins but nothing close to the end where the house is located. The dock and outdoor space was wonderful. My husband fished all day everyday, but the fishing was not good.

We chose this property for its convenient location between Tampa and Miami, allowing us to visit both MLB parks. The location was fantastic! We enjoyed beach days at Sanibel, Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, and Fort Myers. There were plenty of fishing charters to choose from. The kayaks and bikes at the property were a big hit with our family. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation!

Everything you could want and more...!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The pictures do not give this property justice for the WOW factor that hits you when you walk in. This home had everything we wanted plus some. We wanted beach access, a pool, and relaxation by the water. The home is well stocked and easily accessible to everything you could need or want. We would happy return and enjoy this home all over again.

Spring Break in Cape Coral

Great experience here in Cape Coral. The property was very clean, with great amenities and was as depicted in the description and pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool, the kitchen and grill were well stocked and the house overall was very comfortable for our family of 5. The neighborhood is close to groceries and many restaurants. We really appreciated using the beach accessories and coolers during the day and also the local guide that was shared highlighting the area and things to do. Communication with the host was prompt and complete.... would recommend!

just a true delight.

loved the house, loved the neighborhood, great restaurants close to the house. thanks. My husband made a list below, but none of it ruined our stay... just thought you would want to know.. We have a rental in AZ and don't ever stay there, so are happy when renters tells things like this... needed bedside tables, NO armchair tables in living room. Ceiling fan in guest room in front of house did not work. no bath mat. Guest bathroom soap dispenser, broken pump. CO detector broken. Only 1 teaspoons Only 2 salad forks Drawer pull broken in kitchen (needs longer screw or thinner drawer face) Can ' figure out pool lights No master bath wastebasket Post lamp no bulb and/or broken

Great place for family getaway

Things we loved: -location -canal view was fabulous -furniture/lots of great seating places to mingle/eat -lazy pool days -spacious kitchen -comfy beds -movie nights on the couch -cute decor -kayaks Few things not so great: -paint off pool concrete is chipping/peeling everywhere - it is all in the pool (even if we tried to clean it out), on the bottom of feet, and then tracked in the house -house was clean enough, but we noticed the corners of bedroom and kitchen had cobwebs (maybe needs a deep clean)- my husband ended up deep cleaning the kitchen floor on our 2nd day -fan in front bedroom didn’t work -tub faucet won’t fully go to shower mode or tub only - needs some adjusting -no sheet pans in kitchen (we wanted to reheat pizza so put it on a muffin tray) lol Note- There are several 1 steps in this house (step up to kitchen, down to living room, up in master bedroom) - we had to constantly remind our 1 year old after she fell not paying attention - if you have this age kiddo or older fam this may be annoying Some pool toys, but we did buy a couple noodles and left them for others to enjoy. Also recommend tissue boxes- we bought some and also left them. Thank you!

Really nice house, but don't expect manatees or good service

The stay was great. The house is really nice, nicely decorated and you will find everything you need. The pool and the view are the highlights. We didn't see one manatee. Maybe July is not the right months for that, but the name of the house gives this impression. The service provided was as bad as it gets. One of the two toilets clogged two nights in a row. You get a number to call Jim with any occuring problem. That is what we did. Jim told us he couldn't come because being at a party. Since we were 6 people staying in the house and the functioning toilet being at the master bedroom, he finally did come over with a working plunger (the one at the house did not work). Next night, same problem. Jim was again at a party and refused to come. Even hung up on us. Blaming our family to cause the problem and saying they never had this problem. I just asked myself, why there was a plunger next to the toilet already when we arrived... But even if. We would expect help or at least a working plunger provided. The house now has one, we had to go and buy it by ourselfes... We would go there again, if we had the feeling, there is someone to call in an emergency situation. To bad, there isn't.

We had a relaxing stay. Plenty of warm pool time. Great view down the canal and close to restaurants. This house is close to the bridge to Fort Myers and plenty of beach options. This house is wonderful and the hosts have thought of all the extras.

Great villa
