    This Gulf Access home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The oversized screened lanai features a heated pool, dining area and sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs. A great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long! There's even a hot tub for your use.

    Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 10 minutes away! There are bikes to explore the neighborhood and 2 kayaks to paddle around the canals. We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.

    At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

    The house has a very open floor plan with spacious, light filled rooms. The new kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter top. The large living /dining area provides a comfortable gathering spot for your whole group to watch movies in the evening or to watch the kids playing in the pool and hot tub.

    The large master bedroom suite features a coastal style king size bed, large closet, TV with Netflix and local channels and bathroom. On the opposite side of the house another master bedroom with king size bed and guest bedroom with king size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.

    This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is big and the lanai has plenty of seating. The home is well stocked and very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is on a nice quiet street and the canal makes it extra peaceful. We’ll be back for sure!!

The home was very spacious and clean. My Mom and I were very comfortable. Pool was cold and so was hot tub even after heater was fixed. Location was great. I didn't care for the honey do list of house chores to complete before leaving since we paid for cleaning service upon exiting. Not that we would have left a mess but I thought that was quite rude to expect that. I did complete it as requested though to ensure I wasn't charged an additional fee. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Perfect stay

House was clean. We had 6 people and the place was big enough and didn’t feel like we were crowded. Nice having 3 full bathrooms. The only thing was there are not too many towels if you have more people, so felt like we did towel laundry more often. Would definitely stay again. Great area.

We have family in Cape Coral so it was a wonderful reunion. Great bay access, kayaks and bikes. Everyone loved the hot tub. We had a couple of very small problems that Tony took care of ASAP even though it was Christmas week.

Beautiful property in a very quiet area. Huge pool with comfortable outside seating. All equipment there for a very relaxing stay including beach chairs and cool box but no parasol so we bought one and left it for others to use during their stay. Overall a fantastic stay in a great property in a great location. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

Great Vacation!

The house was great over all! Plenty of room for three families to create core memories while spending a week in the Cape Coral area! There were a ton of great things about the house but some of the most notable would be: - plenty of dishes/cups/cookware - extra blankets and linens - pool area is awesome! - Lots of outdoor seating Only one negative is that there that could have been more towels provided for both the pool and showering.

Family vacation

We can not say enough about this property!!! It was everything and more. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our grandson. We will definitely be back. It was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for having the best family vacation especially the pool area!! The only thing missing was a coffee pot! We bought one in hopes it will be there next time we come!!

The house was fantastic. Great layout, well stocked, wonderful location! The house had everything we needed, pleasant decor, everything was clean and nice. Freshly remodeled and tons of storage. The pool is huge. Sadly the hot tub was out of order, but nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and plan to stay here again. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Easy checkin an checkout.

Great patio and pool

Everything was clean and comfortable! The pool is huge and the kids played for hours and hours each day. The kayaks were a great bonus as well. The bikes aren’t in the best shape but provided hours of entertainment for the kids riding up and down the court. Kitchen was clean and modern and it was nice some spices were included. Very convenient to Cape Coral restaurants and the small beach as well. We loved it!

Exactly what we hoped for

This was our first stay here and in this area. Beautiful neighborhood with the canal right out side amazing surroundings make for a comfortable pool side days. Everything was beyond stocked which was a first usually you need to “make do” or run for essentials and buy unnecessary things to cook with there was everything including spices and dish tabs. Home was clean and tidy felt very comfortable did not Want to leave will be back

Very nice home in hood location convenient to everything but on quiet street. Nice open living space but split floor plan for privacy. Only complaint was advertised with hot tub and it was nit in working order entire tome we were there. Emailed the company asking when it would be repaired…. No response.
