"The pool was awful. So small we couldn’t even really go in it. No chair space. Spent our time at beach o my and considered pain to swim at the margaritaville pool. You also have to pay for chairs which I think it’s ridiculous when you have a resort fee. "

"We just stayed for one night. When we arrived in the evening, the property was super busy and it was really hard to figure out the parking situation. However, once we found a spot and got to our room, the room was very nice! "

"Hotel was empty but wouldn’t allow an early check in. Hot tub and pool blocked with caution tape. Closed. I’ve machine out of order. Patio closed. Front staff Rooba was extremely rude. We left early. Hotel would not grant any refund. Will never go back "

"The resort and location are nice. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  "
