"Beautiful property with excellent amenities—we really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to provide daily housekeeping instead of every other day. Also, while construction is ongoing, it would be appreciated if guests could be assigned rooms farther away from the construction area whenever possible. Unfortunately, our room was very close to it, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and we would definitely consider staying again."

"It took more than two hours to check in after check point of 4:00 pm - We supposed to get a call to confirm that the room was ready, a call that never happened. There has been a lot of rain so it did not help to have a clear view of the whole property. Restaurants are of good quality and the staff was very nice."

"Disappointed to learn that this resort charges for chairs on the beach. Having a kitchen was a selling point for us, as we don’t like to eat out every meal on vacation. Unfortunately, there were very few utensils, cookware and storage pieces within. The paper products were extremely cheap for a resort of this type. We had trouble with one TV in the bedroom and front desk was not concerned about helping us with this. They referred us to call back the next day. We did see an employee doing maintenance in the morning and he informed us that it was merely a switch that needed turning to run that particular outlet. He was very quick to answer our question, so it was obvious that this is a common occurrence."
