"Patrick was very responsive and the property was exactly what the family needed! We really enjoyed movies by the pool and the out door experience. The location is perfect for quick little beach days. My kids 12, and 11 enjoyed the experience of the outdoor shower. lol. Great stay. Highly recommend. "

"We had a great family vacation. We arrived in multiple cars which made it perfect for the big drive way. Neighbors were friendly, pool was clean. It was a little chilly outside when we arrived and Laura warmed the pool a tad bit more for us to make it comfy for us to enjoy. Beds were wonderful. Over all stay was great. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was very family- and kid-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The outdoor eating space was perfect for family meals, and we had a great time grilling food, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but Mason was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to get it resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway."

"Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be near the beaches or if you’re looking for great food and or shopping. Having a grill on site was fantastic if your one who like to bring back your own food and cook. The heated pool along with being on a lake was a bonus! Very clean and meticulous! Well done on the this waterfront vacation. Will certainly not disappoint! "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property was exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, relaxing and clean. We had a couple of snafus with the outdoor lighting and batteries for the remotes but the property manager addressed those quickly. Jodie was great to work with. The beds were super comfortable ,we had everything we needed to make our two week stay almost perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking."
