Spacious 1/1 very nicely decorated. Comfy sofa bed, 50" flat screen TV in living room, large kitchen with 3 bar stools, king memory foam bed with 32" flat screen tv in bedroom. Plenty of storage. View of two ponds and an ocean peak at times. Right by the first hole of a nine-hole executive golf course and near main pool with tiki hut and restaurant.

We would stay here again. The condo had been cleaned right before we arrived, so linens, floors, dishes, etc... were clean, though the unit could use a thorough deep-cleaning and decluttering. The owner was very friendly on the phone and easy to work with. We liked the location. There are multiple beach access points nearby. We did not use the complex’s amenities (pools, golf, tennis) but all looked nice. The on-site restaurant was temporarily closed, but there are many restaurants and bars nearby.

Host was very gracious and helpful. Condo was very nice and clean. Location was great. 1 or 2 minute walk to golf, pool, restaurant, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, and beach.

Clean , nicely decorated, very comfortable.

Great location. My one and only disappointment is that the unit did not have a screened in area to sit outside. I missed that but otherwise it was wonderful. Close to everything in Ocean Village. Owner a pleasure to work with.
