Fort Saskatchewan Holidays

I had two rooms that both have the same review. The breakfast was horrible, the gym was horrible and broken, the room was dirty everywhere, the towels were ripped. The pool was horrible, and hot tub was cold water. The rooms and hallways smelled musty and mouldy. There was black long hair in the bed none of us have black hair. Pillows were stained and dirty. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. I would not recommend and definitely wouldn’t go back. Very unsatisfactory and not good if you have kids they were very unhappy with the services. Had to go ask for soaps for the bathroom and cups. Broken ice machine. Check in took way too long and I had to ask to be checked into my second room which took another slowwwwww half hour. I don’t have anything good to say about this hotel.

Nice hotel in a nice area. When in Canada, I try to stay at locally owned hotels. Slight noise issue with a 2nd refrigerator in the room… the fitness center needs some upgrades or a partnership with the local gym would be great!

The fresh and big pee stain on the 1970’s carpet in the elevator that barely works was a lovely touch. The room was worn and smelled like sewage. The rooms are not at all sound proof was is the norm in most hotels today as the parade of people marching down the third floor hallway for breakfast served on that floor was delightful. What a shxx hole. Never again.
