"This hotel is in a residential/light industry area, which resulted in people always being around, which made us well safe.
There are two very good hawker markets close by, with good, well priced fod."
"The check-in process was protracted and the staff were confused as to how to process the check-in due to a difference between the reservation and hotels system. We had to wait until midnight to be a able to check-in"
"Nice place to stay whether short or long term. Just be aware it's a service apartment and not a hotel so don't expect the same conveniences. Overall, a very pleasant place."

"This was my 2nd stay at the hotel this year and I have been impressed both times. The hotel is always clean and staff are lovely. It is close to all the attractions on the island and has easy access to the Sentosa express. Amazing hotel. "
"Tight but cozy room. Everything was great. Liked the pool the most, too bad the water was a bit lukewarm for our European taste (we like it a bit warmer in hot weather). Great experience nevertheless."
"We picked Equarius Hotel for my child school holiday vacation. Away from the buzz of the city but close to all the recreation around sentosa.
We stayed in the deluxe Garden room that comes with a huge balcony. The latter allows my child to play all sorts of outdoor games. For the same price elsewhere in singapore, the room will probably be one third the size of this.
A shuttle bus brings us around resort world sentosa compound. The outdoor pool is huge!
Special mention is Betty who made everything seamless and wonderful. She replied my email promptly regarding the check in process and went out of the way to ensure all our concerns were allayed numerous times during the stay. "
The Barracks Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality
10/10 Excellent
"A welcome drink and an iced cold towel greet you when you arrive. Although on the pricier end, the room rate comes with a la carte breakfast, all-day lounge access from 8am to 8pm, and canapes and cocktails served from 4-7pm. Your breakfast starter, main, and timeslot are reserved a day before. Mini bar in the gorgeous room is complimentary, save for 3 mini liquor bottles at $15 each. The colonial-themed room also comes with a spacious tub, separate shower and wc, as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool closes late at 9pm. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Highly-recommended gem if you need to switch off from the hustle and bustle. "
