Property is very well maintained, location is excellent! Very quiet not many businesses in the area but restaurants are close by. The property is older, the condo itself looks original but very clean! That looks freshly painted! The only thing I really didn't like is that the rugs in the bedroom either need to be cleaned really good or replace. I could never understand why people have rugs in a shore rental anyway?? The beach is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great!!

Nice condo

This property was very clean and decorated nicely. Having said this, it could use some updating but it is fine the way it is as well. The bed was comfortable. The view is spectacular!

Good views

The condo is in a great location with great views. The condo itself needs some updating and the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. It had stains all over it and the tile floors were not very clean. The furniture is a little worn out but we weren't in the condo that much.

The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be replaced. When you sit down you fall to the bottom of the chairs. Great views we will rent it again. Oh one other thing the shower needs safety bars to hold on to very slippery floors.

Very nice location

Very nice for a small family. Kitchen is very neat and clean . Rooms are clean as well but little worn out. Beds are good and clean. Carpet and couches are worn out which is not uncommon. Balcony is great with both sunrise and sunset views during thanksgiving time. Liked it very much.

Last minute getaway

The location and outside property was great. Garage area was closed but plenty of parking. The unit we had needs some updates and paint. Contacted the owner of one bulb in kitchen was out on the overhead lighting. We did not report that one bulb was out in the hall bathroom and the commode would occasionally run. The master bathroom tub needs a washer and dripped all the time. Just small things but it needs repairs.

Beautiful view!

The view was the best part. The condo is in a nice building and location is great. Very close to beach access. The furnishings are a bit dated and not very comfortable, but if you spend all your time at the beach it doesn't really matter. Bed in room was comfortable, bunks not so much and pull out couch is just that, a pull out couch with a thin mattress. It was tricky finding the Wi-Fi password. Host responded with instructions. Top bunk TV didn't work and host never responded to that request. Other than the top bunk TV everything else worked well. I might stay here again if I couldn't find something a bit more updated. Location was great! View from patio was great!

FANTASTIC VIEW!!!

I only go to the beach for the beach and a few days of "disconnecting". Okaloosa Island is our favorite place. It usually does not matter where I stay since I am only there basically for a place to sleep and love the convenience of cooking meals in if we want to. This unit is ok. Could really use some updating, paint, update some furniture, etc. A few minor things could make a huge difference. And really needs a deep cleaning. Had one problem and it was handled very quickly! But the view is fantastic. And the guys with the chairs and umbrellas are awesome! Chairs were set up early. Beach is clean and beautiful. You do need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels though!

Needs a little work

Christy was really good to book with but when we arrived the ice maker did not work. Called about it and she said she would have someone come check it and she would let us know when they are coming. No one ever showed up. Had to go get ice upon arrival. Next the carpet was filthy. It definitely needs to be replaced. When we tried to wash dishes, the dishwasher would not work. There was also a lot of light bulbs that were out and needed to be replaced. The chairs in the living room looked dirty also and the couch was very uncomfortable as well as the pull out bed. This place needs to have some work done before being rented out again.

Great view, though the room was a bit dated

Good stay overall. The unit is a bit dated and it had a musty odor (especially when coming in for the first time) and so did the elevators. The rates were comparable to other units that looked a little better around the area, so if you find that disappointing then you may want to shop around. I think the many scuffs from the walls would come off if they were cleaned with a damp cloth and a bit of comet powder. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. It did not have a k-cup machine, hair dryer, dish soap detergent, extra pods for the dishwasher, or extra toilet paper, so plan accordingly. The area is quiet and safe. We had bad weather during our stay, so we were glad to find card games tucked away in coffee table that we could play together. The mattress in the sofa bed is very thin and requires extra padding for a good night sleep. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The building is supposed to be non-smoking, but many disregarded this and drove us away from the balcony many times day and night. If you have respiratory issues, you may want to consider this as you plan your trip.

Excellent Location for a Beach get away

Loved the location, 4th floor was perfect height to enjoy the beach view. Was glad this was smaller Condo complex, less crowded and everything just a short walk away.

Pelican Isle

ALL the staff folks were very informative and kind! The Condo was ok, kinda old appliances and furnishings, but comfortable. Loved that the beach chairs were included. Would recommend if it was a lower price.
