Destin West Pelican 304 is a one bedroom, two bathroom condo includes a private balcony overlooking the lazy river and waterfall pool. The suite provides a great relaxation space for guests with plenty of privacy.

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, private alcove with bunk beds , living room with queen-size sleeper sofa , full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, and walk-in shower.

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities.

Needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room wasn’t clean when we checked in. Bowls with standing gross water under the kitchen sink, no dish soap, sponge, trash bags, power flickered on/off a few times, and wifi no usable unless you were sitting next to router. Not worth the price we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation stay was good but there are a few things that potential guest should be aware of if you are planning to stay in this condo. The refrigerator ice maker does not work. There was one ice tray in the freezer for ice and as far as I know there is no ice machines on the property. The Living room TV is quite small for the size of the room. The furniture and carpet are old. The paper towels and toilet tissue are the cheapest that you can purchase. It does not appear that the owners are interested in spending money on upgrades. On the upside, the condo was clean, and the bed and shower were good.
