"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The next morning we reported the problems, were told someone would fix them and off we went. Upon return we were happy to see that the door opened much easier, only a little push, the heater how ever still made a noise. I went to the frunt desk to get blankets and to again report the problem with the heater. I was assured someone would be up to look at it. That never happened. The blankets came in handy. The next morning I went to get coffee, came back to the room and had to bust down the door again. Needless to say I was glad we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite consistent long lines at the check n counter. "

"The room was great with a couple of extras (water, candy, robes, slippers) that made our stay better. The bedding was very comfortable. The location was amazing and easy to get around!! We had breakfast 1morning and it was fantastic! Totally recommend it. I wish we did more. We would definitely stay at The Archer Hotel again!! "

"Would not recommend staying there. Front desk people not pleasant except for the lady. The rest very un helpful. . Room condition bad. Sprinkler leaked on bed. Had to sleep with towels covering wet mattress area. Breakfast unsatisfactory. Surprised at the conditions. Have traveled all over- this was worst experience. "

"Staff was responsive to a request to provide more lighting in the room. Parking behind the building was adequate. Several visitors to KASA had difficulty in determining which keypad to use for entry."

"This place is not a hotel. It is a liability with room numbers. From the second I arrived, I felt unsafe. People were loitering on the balcony levels yelling, yet the front desk had the nerve to assure me there was “no crime” and the property was safe. Within minutes of getting to my room, my smoke detector started beeping nonstop and 3 police cars rolled in with 6 officers jumping out. So muc for that lie. I spent two hours trying to get help, to be told there was no maintenance available. Their grand solution was maybe moving me to another room, as if that would magically fix the filth, the neglect, and the complete lack of concern. No refund, no compensation, no accountability. The room was disgusting. There was a large gap around the door that I had to stuff with a towel to block the draft. The bathroom had a dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower, hair on the floor, and a sticky mess underfoot. The water would not get hot. The smoke detector beeped all night. I paid for a clean, safe, functioning room and got none of that. Hotels.com was equally useless. When I begged for help finding a safer place to stay, they told me any refund for the unused portion of my stay was up to the hotel. Predictably, the hotel refused, despite the false photos and the fact that I did not receive the basic service I paid for. I travel often, including internationally, and this was one of the worst, most dishonest lodging experiences I have ever had. This place is a scam with walls."
