"Our room was large with a small kitchenette and was very clean. The lobby is very large and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering has something for everyone, was good, and quickly replenished. Parking is safe and secure in a lower level garage. For bad news, a number of the electrical outlets in our room were inoperable and too lose to hold a plug. Our shower was a a nightmare. The water pressure was fine but trying to adjust the water temperature was impossible. It ran scalding hot or ice cold. There was no in between. Neither my wife nor I could shower this morning. Since we were to leave shortly it didn’t make any sense to file a complaint with the lobby."

"The house was great, although it's in a busy area. I would suggest that if you're a light sleeper (which I'm not) that you bring ear plugs. Lots of outside noise. What really made the stay amazing for me was the host. Lydia was very accessible, kind and helpful. We had no issues, but were in touch with Lydia for restaurant recommendations and the like. Really pleasant experience. Also, as we were a larger group (8, including teenagers, young adults and old adults), the three story set up allowed us to spread out and have privacy while having the living/dining room to congregate as a family."
