The first day I stayed the water went out. Staff didn’t say they were turning off the water so no type of advance notice. So I was literally getting ready and washing my hair and the water stopped coming down. My key stopped working every night, I have a small child so having to carry her up the stairs and back down is a hassle. We had a family emergency so this was a short notice trip so I was willingly to go along with whatever as long as there wasn’t bugs. There was no bugs but there was holes in the walls and doors everywhere especially in the bathroom. It also smells so bad in there. As I was checking out, the guy tells me I have a $4 balance but you pay at check in they don’t have room service or any amenities. I never got my room cleaned so I don’t know what the extra charge could be and the staff didn’t know either saying his manager would have to be called. The first guy who checked me in was the only one who was helpful.
Stayed here for three nights and each night we experienced guests next door screaming or loudly stomping on the walkways. Otherwise it was a great stay clean rooms and regular cleanings.

The air condition was not working in the room, Vinay brought this to notice of the Night Shift manager. He gave me two option.1) I can keep my door open at night and sleep 2) He can give me a baby fan.
The night shift manager was very disrespectful, Aggressive and unprofessional…
This place is a trap. Don’t go there.
I checked in at midnight and within 5-10 minutes I left this property and stayed in nearby place.

Property was nice for a cheap motel. Seems recently renovated. It was just very noisy due to the interstate and the access road. But dollar store ear plugs helped me sleep, so it was OK.

Okay for a cheap motel. Some of it looks updated. The problem was that the non smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for 20 years! It was actually really terrible! Everytime the ac kicked on the terrible smell flooded us! The kids hair and blankets smell like smoke now. Hotel was full because of the eclipse. We had no choice but to stay.
Also the road noise was really bad. Other than that it was fine.

Our room was supposed be non smoking but we can smell smoke in the room at the first entrance. The tv remote didn't work properly or the bathroom sink. The floor tile was coming up and the sheets on the bed were not cleaned.

Unfortunately the building is 100 feet from a major and busy freeway so it’s very loud. Otherwise, beyond poor water pressure, everything else was adequate and acceptable.

I booked a double queen bed room and got a single full size bed room. My check out date was on 2/4/24 I checked in on 2/3/24 @3am and rh3 afternoon clerk checked me out at 11am on th3 same day 2/3/24. When i came back to my room later that evening around 5pm my room key still worked, I opened the door and there was a man whom had been checked into my room. I went to the front desk to sort the matter and was told that my reservation had been changed and that they had checked me out. I asked if that was the case then how did my room key still work. My arrival receipt even showed my check out date was for 2/4/24. They had thrown away my personal belongings that I had left in the room. This was the worse stay out of town ever, and this was my FIRST time ever in Euless.

I have visit twice first time seen a couple of roaches the second time seen a few roaches in the tub was also peeling today and the room was not clean properly Headboard headboard had few stains on it. The light did not work above the bed..

Check in was easy, room was very clean. No issues with anything, except we did find that we had to slam our door to get it to lock. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to play at the Parks at Texas Star.

Just okay Christmas stay
Stay was about average I guess. No shampoo and conditioner in the room. No option for a Do Not Disturb so our room was cleaned without our consent while we were gone, and we were woken up the second morning at 9am by housekeeping due to not being able to put a sign on the door. There was pubic hair in the shower curtain before we used it. TV didn’t have a lot of channels. Bring your console or Roku if you want anything other than Seinfeld reruns and 00’s movies. Bed sheets were not super comfy but definitely kept us warm. Overall for the price we paid it was underwhelming. Make it cheaper if you’re not going to offer bare minimum cleanliness and amenities.
