Would not be staying here again. Rooms were out dated with stains on the beds, walls and floor. Bathroom walls were coming out and shower tub was dirty. First room were in had ants and bugs, the stuff was nice enough to let us move rooms.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable about attractions. Pool & hot tub were clean & a big plus for us! Breakfast buffet was good!

Lovely staff and rooms. It was completely booked due to the eclipse, and we had no noise issues at all. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to start the day.

The staff was awesome, the night club was so much fun but let's discuss the hotel itself. It has such potential but there are soo many issues. First the fountain has green alge in it, that is just lazy. It is such a beautiful space, it just desperately needs some attention. The rooms were a good size but the mattress was so bad that my husband and I both rolled to the middle because of a massive sinking spot. The air conditioning did not work at all, we couldn't even get the fan to come on and everyone on our side of the hotel was having trouble with the key cards. There were 5 couples, like us, trying over and over to open their doors. This is such a cool place, please invest and upgrade or I fear the new hotels around will be the end of this diamond in the rough.

While we are in need of a little renovation "love" we are still maintaining our product and cleanliness to overcome some of our "challenges". The hotel will be undergoing significant renovations hopefully beginning late in the fourth quarter, 2024 so be on the lookout for more information on that coming soon!

It showed on the reservation that there was a 55 in tv in the room and there wasn’t it was a smaller that was kind of a let down

I didn’t have an ironing board in my room and for a king size bed they had 4 very flat pillows. Unfortunately I was woken a few times by drunken adults after 3am yelling profanities throughout the hallway and none of the employees said anything to the individuals.

We did end up kicking out about 10 rooms of "adults" who were making way too much noise over the weekend. Unfortunately, it took some time to get them out and they really made our staff and many guests uncomfortable. I am sorry we let you down and I assure you, this is NOT the norm for this property as we have a ZERO tolerance policy for noisy and unruly guests.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. We slept well, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The condition of the property made it feel run down. The doors to the rooms, the lighting in the hallway, the scratches on the walls and in the elevator, the decor in the lobby didn’t make it feel like a nice motel though we paid nice motel price for the room. Also, there was a sign in the elevator asking people to not leave a review if it wasn’t an 8 or higher.

When we checked in staff was more interested in telling me about the night life offed at the hotel than all the extra fees that were applied to my bill after the fact. When I made reservations I told them that we had a dig with us paid fee then was charged additional pet fees as well as some type of extra charge in case we stole a TV or messed up the room. Place was dirty toilets in room very hard to flush. Cleaning staff all spoke Spanish and couldn’t even understand when I asked for clean towels called front desk asked them for clean towels never got them. Finally took them myself off maids cart. Just very poor for a Radisson hotel.

I regret that you had so many bad experiences while staying with us recently. It is our standard script to let all of our guests know about the services and amenities offered at the hotel upon check in. All of our fees, taxes and any credit "holds" are printed on our registration cards. Perhaps we need to do some training as to what the credit hold is for. We trust our guests but there is unfortunately that 2.0% that cause damage or leave without paying remaining balances; this is the reason for the hold and all Fort Worth hotels use this standard practice. I am sorry that we let you down. I have shared your comments with my entire team as an example of the impression we DO NOT want to leave with our future guests.

My husband and myself made reservations in Fort Worth because it was reasonably priced. Our first morning there was a cockroach on the curtains then went to shower and no hot water. Thought the problem was resolved but no found another roach and the next morning into the afternoon no hot water. We checked out and found somewhere else to stay.

We do hire a wide and diverse staff and we encourage them to learn practical "working English" so I am sorry that you were unable to communicate with your room attendant. It has the feeling of a run down motel. Our room was clean except for the room phone. My bed was fine, my friends bed was hard and creaky. My mini fridge was just below room temp, my friend’s was almost frozen. If you need to stay in the area and it’s the only option then stay there. If you can stay somewhere else, you might.

Front desk took forever to check in last kept taking phone calls over checking in people at the desk. Room has a weird smell to it and AC was very loud and did t work very well. Tried to shower in the morning and there was no hot water

I am so sorry that you had such a terrible check in and stay experience. While we are typically very busy on a Friday and Saturday night, we are usually pretty good at balancing the guests checking in to the many phone calls we receive at the front desk. The hot water issue was due to a boiler going down. While unavoidable at the time, it still affected many of our guests. I hope that you will come back again so I can meet you personally and make this past stay right in some way.

The lobby was beautiful especially the waterfall! But there is literally nothing in the area to do. There is a restaurant in the hotel the food was tasty. But that's all I have!

The hotel itself was very clean, staff were all helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and stocked. However, the elevators are very far from the front of the hotel.

We do have only one set of elevators and they are right in the middle of the hotel. We try to remember to tell guests that they can ark closer to our middle entrances and that does save some time and shoe miles.
