O cardápio parecia fresco para algumas alimentos e outros não. Pois todos os dias eram a mesma qualidade de alimentos, então nesse caso se houvesse sobras poderia ser reutilizados, uma vez que na tinha troca de cardápio.

O quarto é horrível, piso antigo, chuveiro não esquenta e parede sujo, além de não ter secador. Para você receber visita, a mesma precisa pagar para entrar, ou seja horrível.

Quarto mal cuidado, sem limpeza diaria,inclusive no banheiro. Fiquei 7 dias sendo que 3 dias o banho foi gelado!! Televisão sem funcionar, até barata apareceu no quarto,tive de matar e demoraram 24h para retirar!! Café da manhã razoável!. Os funcionários todos muito gentis e corteses. Espero que melhorem, pois já usei a Rede Andrade em outros lugares e este foi o pior deles.

Quarto mal cuidado. Banheiro sujo e metade do box faltando. Solicitado inúmeras vezes mais tapete pois molhava o banheiro inteiro quando tomava banho. Ar condicionado pingando e não foi consertado. Foi solicitado troca de quarto e foi negada pela equipe dizendo que estava cheio, porém na internet ainda existia quarto para reserva. Mesa do quarto lascada, entrou ferpa na mão da minha filha.

Fui em outubro de 2025, e quartos nada a ver com as fotos. Quartos com paredes todas sujas, banheiro super apertado, banheiro sujo, sem água quente, prestadores de serviço umas 2/3 vezes indo no quarto para fazer reparos, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, varanda toda suja de coisas de obra e por ai vai… não recomendo.

Desde que chegamos no quarto ele estava horrível, tudo visivelmente velho (roupa de cama, lençóis, toalhas) e o banheiro parecia banheiro de balada, sujo e super apertado, pessimo e ainda teve um agravante: o ar condicionado começou a pingar muito e quando fomos solicitar a troca do quarto eles disseram que não podiam fazer nada pois o hotel estava cheio e que o máximo que poderiam fazer era me dar um balde pra colocar em baixo do ar condicionado pois nem camareira tinha no horário (por voltas das 20h da noite). Simplesmente horrível, só tinha um elevador e ele não comportava todos os hóspedes pois era muito pequeno e eram mais de 10 andares, eu estava em um dos primeiros andares e sempre chegava lotado e eu tinha que esperar o elevador subir de novo. O café da manhã muito simples, se eu soubesse teria pego um hotel mais caro e sem café pois esse com certeza não valeu a pena. Os pães velhos, a tapioca dura, o queijo e o presunto quase congelados, não tinha suco natural, paguei 2 mil reais pra ficar 4 dias e foi o dinheiro mais mal gasto da minha vida. NÃO INDICO!
