A pousada é ótima. O quarto é confortável e você pode usar toda a estrutura do Duro Beach. Pra quem quer sossego, acho que ficar no Garden é até melhor. O café da manhã é gostoso e bem variado, além de ser de frente pro mar. O serviço é cortês. Tem estacionamento próprio. A localização é perfeita, está dentro da Vila do Cumbuco, perto de todos os restaurantes, supermercados, etc. RECOMENDO

Boa pousada, na beira da praia. Café da manhã ok. Ótimo atendimento. Não dou nota maior porque falta ainda para ser 100%: a tampa do vaso estava com problema e o secador queimou. Recomendado para quem é kitesurfista.

Sempre gosto de ir para o Duro Beach e agora levamos um casal de amigos. Pela primeira vez fiquei no Garden e é tão bom quanto.

Na minha opinião, a estadia foi bem mediana para ruim, de acordo com o serviço oferecido pelo hotel. O quarto estava com o ar-condicionado com defeito (não ligava direito e não esfriava). Quando chamei um funcionário para verificar o problema, ele agiu e tratou de forma ríspida. No outro dia, pasmem, o ar-condicionado já estava com problemas novamente. Além disso, as acomodações do Duro Beach Garden não são como nas fotos. De longe, o Hotel Duro Beach (que fica na frente) pareceu-me bem melhor. Em resumo: não recomendo e não voltaria. Ponto positivo: café da manhã, que é oferecido no Hotel Duro Beach.

Hotel muito bom! Pé na areia, atendimento excelente e café da manhã de qualidade. Um ponto a ser destacado é somente o ar-condicionado que é bem antigo, no qual demorou a gelar.

Muito bom, adorei, super indico, cafe da manha muito bom, atendimento muito bom e educado, bem localizado, acomodaçoes otimas, porem indico colocar um espelho no quarto e disponibilizar uma manta pra frio ou mais 1 lençol pro casal pois so tinham 1. Maravilhoso! Atendimento impecável, funcionários excelentes - desde o segurança, a portaria, restaurante, faxineiras, camareiras…. Tivemos mais contato com o Matheo, Wil e Lara, que foram excepcionais! Limpeza do quarto muito boa. Só temos elogios a fazer. Esta foi nossa terceira vez no Duro Garden, usamos as instalações do Duro Beach, fomos muito bem tratados, e não temos dúvidas em recomendar e voltar quantas vezes nos for possível!

Tranquilidade prática

O Staff é muito gentil e atencioso ( Gabriel, Sr. Edmilson - no hotel) e Luan e Jonas ( Obrigado por devolver a garrafa que eu esqueci! ) na barraca. As refeições são todas na barraca de praia, só atravessar a rua. Não é exatamente inconveniente mas não ter serviço de bar ali na piscina prejudica um pouco o uso dessa área. O hotel é bem tranquilo, acho inclusive que vc deve pensar nisso: quer mais praia e agito? É só ficar no hotel da praia. Internet funciona bem, consegui trabalhar numa varandinha super agradável do quarto. A estadia é prática: sem muita firula e amenities, mas bem tranquila.

Decepção

Tive vários problemas com a administração do hotel. Os funcionários são muito bons porém a administração atual é péssima e fere os direitos do consumidor. Transformou o dia do meu aniversário num dia nada agradável. Já me hospedei anteriormente, inúmeras vezes, na Duro Beach e essa foi a primeira vez que vi e senti problemas criados pela nova administração.

O ponto positivo foi o atendimento e a localização, com uma estrutura de restaurante na beira da praia. Pelo valor da diária é um quarto simples, apenas ar e tv, e uma varanda sem privacidade. É um hotel para praticantes de kite, e as roupas deles ficam penduradas por lá. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, com frutas mais baratas da feira, pão dormido e pão de queijo péssimo. O café é decepcionante. Pelo valor da diária foi uma experiência insatisfatória.
