Uma das janelas do quarto não fecha a trava estava quebrada, janela banheiro estava quebrada a dobradiça e trava, por isso estava amarrada com pedaço de fio. Porta do banheiro precisa de pintura, estava super suja. Algumas cerâmicas do piso quebradas e soltas.
