Ótima localização é péssima higiene do apartamento

O apartamento é bom, com ótima localização, ar condicionado novo, cama boa, ou seja nada a falar a não ser elogios ao apartamento, mas infelizmente ao chegar no mesmo, nos deparamos com o apartamento em péssimas condições de higiene. Ao chegar depois de mais de 7 horas de viagem a filha estava apertada para ir ao banheiro e nem se quer um papel higiênico tinha no mesmo, mas a surpresa veio depois, aparelhos de barbear usados e jogados pelo banheiro, esponja de cozinha no banheiro que por sua vez o mesmo estava imundo, cabelo, tapete etc, já no quarto idem cabelo no chão, veja na cômoda do quarto, vidros totalmente sujo pareceria que fazia meses que nunca tinha sido limpo, já na sala o sofá cama ao abrir para ser revertido como cama, meu Deus imundo, já os aparelhos de cozinha principalmente fogão ( por mais que seja antigo ) tinha gordura e sujeira em todo lugar a sanduicheira tinha sido usada e não tinha sido limpa, a cafeteira estava até verde, chinelo bem velho lá também encontramos, ou seja, neste quesito péssimo, foi alertado ao proprietário que deixou papel higiênico na porta depois de 2 dias(absurdo) já sobre o restante solicitado nada foi feito pelo proprietário.NÃO RECOMENDO.

A localização do APTO é ótima, tem tudo perto, mas o cheiro de mofo dentro do APTO estava insuportável, sempre deixamos a janela aberta durante o dia, mas de nada adiantava. Como tenho renite, imagina como fiquei todos esses dias... Mas enfim. No resumo fora isso, foi muito bom!
