"The room was great and had a great view of the city. The pools was great too. The food was amazing. We wished we tried all breakfast during our stay but only ate there 3 times. The food was great, with a mix of western and mexican food. Mostly ate the Mexican food though! Lots of choices for breakfast too. The staff was very helpful. The place is close to many bars and restaurants. Uber drivers can easily drop you off. The place was beautiful to look at. Lastly, we appreciated that we got upgraded to a premium suite!"

But, just a little inconvenient with the teachers protest on the 5 de mayo street Other than what, it was a very nice place, the staff it was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making me and my wife A wonderful and loving vacation."

"Overall this is a pretty good hotel. Highlights are the included breakfast to order, the 24 hour on site Cafe which is complimentary, and the very helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and tastefully decorated. The room and bed were very comfortable. The downsides included a very small, impractical gym (which some may not care about) and TERRIBLE wifi. I'm not sure if it was just the room we were in or if it's a common issue but we had to switch to data to use our mobiles and doing anything on my laptop was an exercise in frustration. I told the front desk and was told they are "working on it" so I assume that means they are aware of the issue. As a side note, and not the hotels fault, there were large government protests at the Zocalo while we were there. This resulted in a tent camp right outside the hotel which stunk and the closure of the surrounding streets around our hotel for blocks. So catching Uber or other transport meant walking several blocks from the hotel each time. Same for drop off when returning to the hotel. We were always dropped several blocks away and had to walk to the hotel. I have now been caught in 3 different government protests while staying in the Zocalo zone on various visits. I won't stay in that zone again. Again, not the hotels fault but still super annoying and inconvenient."

"If you are an American traveling to Mexico City I would not suggest this hotel. The reason being is the air conditioning does not work even though they say they have air conditioning I had a terrible sleep as it was 65° outside and God knows what in my room with the air conditioning supposedly working I complain and I was told if they switch me to another room it's going to be the same problem that was like 11:00 p.m. at night I fell asleep from exhaustion. If you're coming here when it's warm outside this is not the hotel to choose."
