Der Boden war klebrig, und die Betten wurden offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen – es waren noch Dreck und Haare von den vorherigen Gästen zu finden, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.Besonders besorgniserregend war das Verhalten der Eigentümer. Die Legitimation wird nicht vor Ort, sondern ausschließlich über WhatsApp durchgeführt, was ich als äußerst unsicher empfinde....

"We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. The best part by far was the staff, who went above and beyond on everything. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped us with metro/tram instructions etc. One evening when we got back late, they kept the restaurant open to serve us dinner. On our 3rd time back to the hotel they had welcome back surprises ready for us! Oh, and it was a pleasure waking up to the fabulous breakfast every day. The candy in the lobby was a fun added touch. Also, appreciated the overall environmental conciousness of the hotel. We would definitely retun to this hotel and would highly recommemd!"

"The property was new and very clean, they even have water machine at every corner of the floor to fill up your bottle. Polite staff and everyone is very nice. The only downside is its location cause we had to walk 1 km on foot to get to the metro station but besides that it was a lovely stay "
