"All good. Clean, comfortable and well managed. Shower was powerful and hot. The one breakfast I had was good. I didn’t have any food in the evenings as I had made other arrangements so I can’t comment. Staff were helpful and the parking was secure, free and directly across the road."

"A great house in a great location. High points were the panoramic windows in the lounge breakfast area alongside the side of the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. Overall the house is impressive and open plan which my wife and I like.On the downside the WiFi was poor and very intermittent, I replaced the leads to the TV and to the router for very little improvement. Couldn’t use the TV apps for 20 of our 14 nights, nor could we effectively both be using devices at the same time. This did cause difficulties with work and family issues. Further, whilst the kitchen was adequate the utensils, pans and baking trays could do with some improvement/replacement. As could the floor tiles in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, this observation could be expanded to some of the oak flooring and door handles on the sliding doors. Final observation was that there was more dust in the property than was to be expected after it had been cleaned"

"A real gem of a holiday home only yards from a small beach. The very welcoming owners have thought of everything to make for a home from home stay. Just a short walk to the nearby harbour in Collieston where there is a sandy beach and safe swimming in the harbour. Good walks from the home and just 5 miles in Ellon there is a park and ride so if weather is poor you can get into Aberdeen with no parking worries all in all a delightful holiday in lovely surroundings."

"Just wow.Perfect on every level.Location amazing lovely to just sit outside watch the waves and hear and see nothing but nature. But close enough to pop to the local shop/restaurants/pubs/attractions.Internally from furnishings to equipment everything you could need was there.Communication with the hosts was brilliant too.We were truly blessed with the weather, which enabled us to enjoy the beach location every day.First stay in Scotland, we will return here"
