"I stay in Aberdee regularly but had never tried the Leonardo before but will certainly be back. Staff were lively, particularly the receptionists. I was upgraded to a superior room which came with late chrckout at 2pm. The room was spacious, modern and clean and had everything i needed for my stay. Location is excellent too, in Union Square shopping centre right by the train and bus stations."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel and was greeted by lovely staff.we raised an issue with sofa bed, the mattress on it were easily felt when laying down and would have been far too uncomfortable for our son, staff did try to solve the issue by offering a second duvet for him to lay on top of mattress which did help somewhat. They said they are in the process of replacing these which I appreciate but feel if they are to be used for time being they are not providing a comfortable stay which I feel...

"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

WIFI is good ….. and free and breakfast was good value with a good varied menu of hot and cold buffet foods. "We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough!
