"The property is in a good location to get public transit and close to amenities. There is a great restaurant just a 3min walk and it was so good. The house was dirty, very visibly dirty, there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom. There was broken furniture in the hallway and the banister was broken but held together by string so people can't fall through. "This is a nice flat on a quiet street but close to a bustling street with trams, supermarkets and restaurants and takeaways. I do recommend it, but there are a couple of things that would have imporived it. Access the the building uses digital code which is easy to use, except the door itself needed to be forced open. There were several times where getting into the building required some brute force, not a problem for me but difficult for some girls staying in other flats. I heard people phoning...
