"Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."

"We had a great start at this quaint apartment. The beds were great, the size was great. It was so charming! The only complaints i would have is that the toilet is seperate from the sink. The plugs available were so helpful!! We had so many things to charge as a family of 5. 1 other thing was that i had to message them for check in info a few hours before arrival, which was nerve-wracking when traveling internationally. And i messaged asking if it was OK to check in early and did not hear back till the next day. We were able to get in 30 minutes early, but would have appreciated a text back earlier. Also, it is a little far our from the city center so be aware, but so close to public transport and a really easy BOLT drive in as well. We would definately recommend this place!! "

"Room was spotless, staff were overly kind and helpful. Easy and quick transportation to downtown. Accommodated a late check in and were very helpful in a stressful situation. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Harry's home in Millennium Tower. It was easy to find if you follow the signboards in the shopping mall. Location is very convenient as it is just next to a train station and the mall has many shops and food options. Feels really safe too. Staff are also very polite and helpful. Nic was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a view on a higher floor so it was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the river. Loved the availability of a washing machine and dryer within the hotel. It would be perfect if they also put in a microwave for guests to use. Overall, we would recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay. "

"Although a little distance from the town centre, the apartment was only a few minutes walk to train, tram and bus stops, so it was very convenient. Hofer (Aldi) supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. "
