"It’s one of the BEST hotel I have ever lived in Austria! The staff is so kind and friendly, they have been super helpful since my day 1 until last day (cannot remember the lady’s name). Even the housekeeping team is friendly! The building is very pretty (including furniture) and modern with most of the functions you need, it’s really like a mini hotel apartment. The room is very spacious as well as the mini kitchen, everything is very prepared (hob, pots, cutlery, microwave, kitchenware etc). The balcony is sooo great, same with the bathroom (very spacious and so clean)! I love the closet and drawers in the room! There are lots of useful stores eg dm, apotheke, billa, spar so you can either decide to cook by yourself or just go downstairs to have food. I’m planning to come back to Vienna for another trip next year and this will be the only place I wanna live again!"

"I picked this location being right next to a train station. I saved money by not being downtown Vienna, but in fact because I did stay here, I literally was within minutes of everything. Grocery store next door. Etc. For someone that actually NEVER used public transportation, this was an excellent venture. Great value! Only $28 for a week transportation voucher that included trains and busses. And you can take the train right back to the airport . The hotel is located at the end of the line. Super Easy. "

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Buslinien und Strassenbahn in nächster Nähe.Schönes Appartement perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss deswegen lassen sich vermutlich die Fenster zur Straße nicht öffnen, daher ist lüften nicht möglich. Unglücklich gelöst ist, dass die Toilette direkt neben dem Essbereich ist. Zudem ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Saugroboter, der neben dem Esstisch steht. Insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, z.B. lag eine halbleere Flasche unter dem Bett.Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, wir konnten die Vermieterin nach mehrmaligen Anfragen erst 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn erreichen, um u.a. den Code für den Schlüsseltresor zu erhalten."

"Room was spotless, staff were overly kind and helpful. Easy and quick transportation to downtown. Accommodated a late check in and were very helpful in a stressful situation. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Harry's home in Millennium Tower. It was easy to find if you follow the signboards in the shopping mall. Location is very convenient as it is just next to a train station and the mall has many shops and food options. Feels really safe too. Staff are also very polite and helpful. Nic was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a view on a higher floor so it was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the river. Loved the availability of a washing machine and dryer within the hotel. It would be perfect if they also put in a microwave for guests to use. Overall, we would recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay. "
