Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Selbst nach zahlreichen Anrufversuchen erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir haben daraufhin Expedia eingeschaltet, deren Mitarbeiter...

"The building's best feature is its view overlooking Vienna. For that alone, it is worth being out of the city. So too, the historic building the hotel is located within is remarkable. This latter detail comes at a price, though; it's a creaky, old building lacking in certain modern features. But you'll overlook that for the most part. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the staff were very pleasant."
