"Very nice hotel and staffs … location is a bit far from city center however take 38 tram from the hotel through the end about 20 mins and you reach city center … 2 sparking water and 2 beers included every plus coffee and tea … also mini kitchen in the room is a plus. "We went to Vienna for 3 days and wasn’t sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well.
Extremely pleased with the spread and variety of breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a must have of this hotel.
Will definitely recommend and if I ever come to Vienna again will stay here"
"Really loved this hotel. Clean nice room with a fridge and big wardrobe and nice shower and toilet. Really nice decor as well. People were really nice at the front desk and there was free water and juice in the dining area. Close to the metro stop as well. "
