"The hotel was very nice and the lady that checked us in was so nice and friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve been greeted so kindly by hotel staff. My only complaint is there are no electric vehicle chargers. A few low cost level 2 (overnight) chargers would pay for themselves in no time in added bookings. I always see them used way more frequently than more expensive amenities such as fitness centers for example. It’s interesting to me that SD tourism advertises so much in states with large EV adoption rates, yet they take no steps to accommodate 1/3 of the traveling population of those states. Overall my stay far exceeded my expectations."

"The hotel was ok. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The pool was very dirty and both hot tubs had a water ring on them and the water level was very low. We didn’t end up using the pool or hot tubs. "

"Great property for our needs between home sales. Cozy and well stocked with towels and bedding. My dogs were comfortable and enjoyed the very large yard and open areas surrounding the home. Convenient location near town and the highway. Thank you. "

"A very nice Hotel in Downtown Rapid City. The only complaint is no free parking. It cost an extra $15.00 plus tax to park. The included breakfast was really good"

"No parking so you either need to Valet or there is a parking garage a couple of blocks away."

"This property has all the essentials. It was clean and had a nice yard for the dog. Well stocked with the essentials and was well located for all the black hills things to do. "

"Room was very outdated and pretty dirty in some areas. Including something on the bathroom wall that looked like feces. We didn’t notice it until we were leaving otherwise we would have said something. I remember staying here about 15 years ago and it was “fancy”; not so much now. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Luckily we were only here for a fast sleep on the way through. We needed a cheap room and we got what we paid for. "
