"The home at GOTA Villas was excellent. It is literally perched on the water, the pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing snorkeling right out front - we saw many turtles, stingrays, small sharks, and many, many fish on the breakwater. The house is beautiful. Rodman was very responsive with communication as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at The Calm Water Villas in Exuma. The property was absolutely beautiful and even better in person. The views, the crystal-clear water, the private beach, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like we had our own little piece of paradise. One of the best parts was being able to walk right outside and enjoy the water. We spent time paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling, and we saw SO many sea turtles right there in the water by the property! Being able to experience that without even having to leave was incredible. We also did two different excursions with Exuma Water Sports. We did the Seven Beaches Tour, which was absolutely beautiful, and another day we went to see the famous swimming pigs and the iguanas. Both experiences were unforgettable and really made the trip feel like a true Exuma adventure. What I loved most about The Calm Water Villas was the combination of luxury, privacy, and the natural beauty surrounding you. You can spend the day exploring the island and doing excursions, then come back and just relax by the water and watch the wildlife. Exuma itself is absolutely breathtaking, but having a place like The Calm Water Villas to come back to made the trip even more special. This was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations I’ve ever taken. If you’re thinking about visiting Exuma, I would 100% recommend staying here. Beautiful property, incredible water, amazing wildlife, and unforgettable experiences. We definitely hope to come back soon ! 🌴🌊🐢☀️"

"A place to return to, a little piece of paradise where the peace and beauty of the surroundings far exceed your highest expectations before you even arrive. The house is great, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury (you really don’t need it), because what it offers is more than enough to meet the needs of a family of four who just want to "disconnect" from the stress of everyday life.Not only do we plan to return soon, but we also hope to bring friends along who can stay right next door in another unit that’s exactly the same.And finally, a special thank you to our host Charlie and his family, not only because we had everything we needed during our stay, but also for the advices and kindness with which he treated all of us from the moment we arrived. "Location, Location, Location! This property has easy access to some of the best areas on Great Exuma! This is why we stay here! The unit was very clean and has everything you need, all be it dated. If you require fast reliable internet, plan on using your cellular service as the WiFi is slow and spotty."

"Great location with beautiful views of the sand bar at Man of War Cay. No direct beach/ocean access but totally worth it for the incredible views. Rented a car and explored the different beaches on the islands. Blu on the Water restaurant next door serves amazing food and a must for at least one meal."
