"This house was awesome with everything you needed. The pool and ocean are right outside the back. Our kids could have stayed at the house the whole time. They had kayaks, snorkeling and a beautiful view. Would highly recommend. House is exactly as described. "
"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "
"Overall we had a great stay! A few minor blips that occur no matter where you stay and were remedied quickly. Communication with the host went well and we used a few of his recommendations for booking. Loved the sea turtle and starfish on our private beach. Would stay here again. Only recommendation- bring bug spray. "

"Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "
"This was my second time staying at Charlie's place across from Man O'War Cay. My family of 8 rented both units and loved every minute of it! First off, Charlie's place is spotless. He and his wife take great pride in keeping the place clean and ready for guests. The location is great, about halfway between Georgetown and the beaches on Little Exuma. We explored lots of beaches in the area, but our favorites were right across the channel and over on Moriah Cay. We took out the included kayaks multiple times during our stay, which made exploring the Cays so easy. We saw lots of wildlife, sharks, rays, and turtles right from the patio on the water.Charlie was also very accommodating and let us check in early on arrival and check out late on departure. He is great to work with and very responsive to any concerns we had.I highly recommended booking Charlie's place for your vacation to Exuma!"
"My husband and I brought our daughter, her boyfriend (19) and our 12 year old son to experience this beautiful island. This house was PERFECT! Four comfortable bedrooms, kitchen table to seat us all, great outdoor seating and we loved having their JBL speaker for music!The property has a nice beach area, lots of paddleboards and kayaks and the snorkeling all around the property was great with multiple turtle sightings!We took advantage of the jet skis that Rodman recommended and they showed up on time, friendly and makes for a fun 1/2 day at the house.I highly recommend D’Andra coming to cook. She is very friendly and we loved her honey glazed BBQ ribs and chicken the best. She comes in and does everything so all you have to do is relax and enjoy!I’d recommend bringing or having paper plates and solo cups delivered so minimize dishes in the sink."
"We absolutely loved staying at this bungalow. It provided all essentials needed for a low key vacation. We enjoyed the location being on the south end and exploring various beaches. My favorite part was watching and snorkeling off the dock & beach line with the turtles and two string rays. There were a few sharks that swam by the dock as well that were a bit scary but the overall snorkeling around the area was fantastic. The artificial jetty/reef on the south side of the property had gorgeous fish everywhere. The large floating Lilly pad was a great edition as well. Everything was decorated so tasteful and we loved the light airy feel of the villa. (BTW Great mattress and linens) We would definitely come back and stay again. "
