"The room was extremely clean! The staff very curteous ad knowledgabel. Drawback was the bath did not appear to have no slip tub base. Also, there was no decafe coffee. Perhaps management would consider making certain that each entrance had a 'luggage trolly' ."

"room was clean, large and comfortable. Was loud, you could hear everything in the hallway as well as our neighbors in the new room. The hotel property was nice overall, the grounds were pretty too. We walked the golf course. What I didn't really enjoy was the signature scent that is spread throughout the hotel through the ventilation system. It was like being close to somebody wearing too much cologne. It took me a day to realize its not some guy that bathed in his cologne. That being said I enjoy staying at the Grand Geneva and will probably stay again. I prefer it to the Abbey Resort."

"The room, the grounds & the facility were extremely clean The staff was exceptional the amenities were top notch. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 1st time visiting the town of Antioch and it was our 1st time staying at this hotel. My husband and I are retired senior citizens, my husband is a full time Pastor, so we try to get away for rest and relaxation at least 4 times a year, I told him after this stay that this hotel is going to be my go-to sanctuary to recharge spiritually, specifically to unwind and escape in order to mend from the intense emotional,mental and physical demands of leading a congregation, Thank you to the hotel management for an excellent stay your staff provided exceptional service thus creating a memorable experience. I highly recommend Antioch for a wonderful experience at a reasonable cost, the quality of service and the establishment far exceeds the cost you pay.This is an investment for an unforgettable experience, every amenity delivers exceptional value. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge was either too warm or freezing the food. Forgot to tell them. For the first 2 nights I just had the sheet and the top sheet but when I asked they gave me a comforter. Coffee was terrible. Hot breakfast was good but the same every day. Appreciated actual potatoes. "
