One note: if you drive a large vehicle, like a full size truck, your car will not be able to be accommodated by the valet service, as I was told that my truck was too large and instead had to take it to a nearby parking garage. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of."

It is very convenient to the ferry getting into the city. Alameda is a great little town to explore and there are so many excellent food options within only a couple of blocks. "
