Love the Maria view from our hotel window. Staff was pleasant, however the room smelled was offensive, not to mention apparently hadn’t been wipe down in who knows how long. I wipe bathroom, front refrigerator, tables, lamps and countertops that was filthy dirty. I had a hard time sleeping. Room was nice and neat just needed some deep cleaning.

Expensive but nice view. Was within walking distance of Pasta Pelican which has good food and views. Otherwise, the area around the hotel was not very walkable. The free breakfast was takeaway only. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay. Room seemed clean and had refrigerator/microwave.

I have recommended the extended day for many people even though I’ve never stayed there before it’s closed convenient clean the front desk and staff are great. It’s right in the center of Alameda near Oakland as well and it’s just a beautiful location there’s near the water. I would highly recommend staying here anytime it’s financially economical and a great place for business or pleasure.
